The toilet door was a bit deformed so one needed to put a lot of effort to close it

The staff was very helpful and polite and the room (the bedsheets and towels especially) was really clean. The AC was not noisy compared to the other hotels of the similar age.

This hotel is literally just a few meters away from the hotel Moskva, it is downtown area, easy to reach all the parks, which I like. Parks in Belgrade are wonderful. The staff is very professional, I was upgraded without requesting any upgrade, which I really appreciate much. The view was marvelous, from the top floor I could see all of Belgrad na Vodi as if from a mountain top (because the hotel is located on a hill and Belgrad na Vodi is down below. Thumbs up to this hotel. It is a very cozy place, to which I would want to come again and again.

The tea and coffee service kit in the room had not been cleaned or replenished since some previous guest had used it and it was a bit messy, which was a slightly unpleasant surprise.

The reception was helpful to solve a mistake I made in the original booking. Breakfast was nice to give you the energy you need for the day. My favorite was the corn bread.

The breakfast selection was good. It was better on the second morning when there seem to be more guests at the hotel. On the first morning some of the cooked items (eggs, bacon) were not very fresh around 9am.

The location of the hotel is great and the building itself is a stunning example of interwar modernist architecture. The staff were friendly and the internet connection reliable. Whilst the hotel is situated in a busy part of town, the insulation was great - we slept very well in a quiet room looking out onto the inner courtyard.

The staff took calls meanwhile I was talking to them, I find that a bit rude. The other staff was however nice and helpful. Standard was ok but nothing special.

I was expecting the room to be small(ish), which it was. I was also led to believe that I would have a garden/terrace view. The hotel seemed to have neither and I was given a room overlooking the road. Views of the city… depends on what counts as a view. My own room looked across the road at a couple of semi-derelict buildings.

The communal areas were fine. Spacious and well kept.

My advice: It’s better to book accommodation through Booking than directly with the hotel if you're arriving around midnight. I tried to book directly with the hotel because I saw there were available rooms. At the reception, Mr. Ivan informed me that the lowest price for a night's stay was 2.5 times higher than the one on Booking. I politely asked if I could book through the Booking app, which I did, and saved over €75 for one night!. The Wi-Fi practically doesn't exist, it's very weak. It disconnects every three minutes.

The hotel needs a little bit TLC for sure, and more attention to the cleanliness. For example the AC unit grid in the rooms.

Excellent location, very well connected even if you want to sightsee outside of the center.The best thing was the bed and the ability to get some piece and quiet even though you are in the center. Good breakfast and very kind and polite staff.

The room could be cleaner, and the beds more comfortable. You get only one pillow. No slippers or ear buds provided, only shampoo, shower gel and soap.

Hotel is claiming parking facility but there’s none. The people at the public parking garage closeby have only one answer to all your questions: “no English”.
