The cleanliness of the bathroom was not the best. The bedding is rough. The window is next to the sidewalk, you can hear all the noise from the street.

The tap water in Zrenjanin is brown and disgusting. But it is a problem all over the city.

Situated only a couple of minutes from the centre. New and spotlessly clean. Spacious room with all facilities. Easy check in and check out. Positive and energetic landlord.

We were overwhelmed by the friendliness of the staff. They were more than open to us having a late check-out, so we are forever grateful. Would recommend it to everyone looking for cozy accommodation that's near the city center.

Everything was great pretty much. The only thing that might be important to mention as potential downside is that walls are a bit thin. That means you are able to hear when others walk down the halls or enter their rooms. If you're a light sleeper it might bother you a bit.

Facilitator/owner is very friendly and helpful. Facilities are very clean, everything is in order and room was cozy enough for my girlfriend and me. We really liked that there's a small fridge, kettle and free coffee. It's really great to see that owner provides water fountain in the hall, since Zrenjanin doesn't have drinkable water, but you have to buy. I really loved beds. Beds are awesome!

The entry hall had quite a strong smoke smell which disturbed our night there.

The smell of cigarettes and smoke in the accommodation. As well as the noise outside of the hotel and inside, too.

Its location is great. Everything in the city centre was easy ro walk to.

I don't know anything about accommodation in question, because we were taken to a whole other place that I didn't book. I booked this property for one night in Zrenjanin. Gentleman that apparently owns the place let me know over a message on the day of arrival that a lady that works there would let me in. He didn't reply to my messages on Booking app. The lady in question took us to whole other property saying that the place that I booked was full, and there was no room for us. How can it be booked if I booked it for us?! The property she took us to was not what I booked, it was way worse, it was cold, the toilet didn't work, there wasn't kitchen nor dining room as shown in photographs. It was very unsafe for us to stay there (Simple PVC door was just beside the bed) so I had to go and find another accommodation right there, and pay additionally because this accommodation was paid for in advance! I think it's really unprofessional and dangerous to let your guests down like that. How is it possible they would think anyone would let this slide!? As I can see nothing but great reviews here, I don't understand how could this possibly happen!?!?

Uncomfortable bed and pillows. It's should be cleaner. The room smells on cigarettes and there are the visible signs that someone was smoking inside there.

Location and host are great. It's acceptable accomodation for one night.

The apartment is way too small for 4 guests. Also the windows opened to a crowded street, with pedestrians walking by the windows making noise and there was car noise day and night. The overall feeling was of a youth hostel, with owners aiming at either a one-time guests or at guests with very low expectations. Given the booking.com rating, our expectations were much higher.

The apartment is situated close to the city center. The staff was very kind.
