Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Noise coming from outside but that is to be expected as the location is very central. It was not very disturbing

It was exactly what we needed after a long flight and tiring trip! Everything was super clean and comfortable, and the location is so perfect that we even went for a short walk at night. We would like to thank the staff for being super friendly and specially for understanding because we overslept the check-out time 😅 Highly recommend!

The elevator is a bit scary, but we managed to handle it easily!
The location is perfect; you can walk everywhere. The rooms are clean, and the staff is attentive. Great value for money.

We stayed in one of the apartments. The doors don’t close, not even the one from the bathroom. They have handles but they don’t have knobs stay closed… The shower was also disastrous, the one form the ceiling spills all over and the one to hold in hand could barely be hanged. And final thing we did not like, but this is something regular in Serbia… the smell of cigarette smoke all over the apartment.
The apartments and the suits are located in a great place, right in the heart of the City. The person at the reception desk very friendly. Take care, that the apartments are loacated in the building accross the street from the suites (where the reception is). We found this out after excalating 5 floors by foot because the elevator was not working. The receptionist helped us carry our bags accross the street. The apartment was verry nice furnished with alot of style and you can tell they’ve spent alot of money decorating it. It had heated floor so it was a delight.

Housekeeping is a big problem since they only clean and change sheets, pillow cover after three days of checking in. When asked to do so the housekeeping ladies denied doing it.
Location was good right in the centre of everything.

Elevator was a nightmare. Staff were very friendly but very far away so inconvenient to get assistance. Rooms could be cleaner, lots of bugs in the bathroom

It was a bit of a challenge to go up with the suitcases because the hotel was on the forth floor, and in some cases there there was no elevators (but that staircase was tiny, and right after it there was an elevator to get from the 0.5 floor to the 4th floor). The bedding had some stains, but the towels were clean.
The location was perfect, right in the city center. The room was quite small but had everything we needed. The A/C worked well, and the street-noise was almost non-existent, even though there were some bars near the hotel. The price was great for the location, facilities, and the service.

There was an air conditioning problem in our room. It was working, but sometimes it stopped.
It is located in the city center. It is so near to everywhere. Staff are very friendly, polite, and helpful. Thanks Viladamir and Peter.
