United Arab Emirates24 Reviews14 helpful votes“Must place to stay if you want to stay at city center”So this is an intersting one, I booked a non-cancellation non-refundable at the hotel for 2 days, and somehow I had to cancel one day stay these guys were so nice they did not charge me, so who does that in this current world? On top of that, at their reception, there is this Anilton guy who treats the guest are their own house guest; he helped me in each and every possible way. I would recommend everyone who visiting Belgrade and wanna stay near the city centre, please do stay at theirs. They are 24 by 7 available, their management is really supportive to their staff and their staff is really supportive of the guests.
So the location was in the city centre, so literally, you are living between an open-door shopping centre. The room was very clean and the housekeeping was on top of their game.

Russia7 Reviews3 helpful votes“Avoid this hotel.”After lifting heavy suitcases to the 5th floor, we were informed at the reception that our room was in the next building. I had to lower them (including down the stairs) and drag them up again. The windows of this "deluxe" overlook the pub. It is simply not possible to fall asleep with the windows open. The old air conditioner only works for heating at +22 outside. At the same time, the sensor showed that the room was +29. We almost suffocated in this heat. There is also a small window in the bathroom, but behind it there is some kind of garbage pit with bird droppings. You should not count on fresh air from it. When the pub closed and people on the street stopped shouting, I decided to open the windows to somehow lower the temperature in the room and was immediately bitten by mosquitoes. Cons: you need to carry luggage between buildings, strong noise, lack of air conditioning, lack of ventilation, lack of mosquito nets on the windows. These are some of the worst hotel experiences in recent years.
