I have nothing but exceptional comments about Rtanj Eco Hotel. In fact I can't find proper words to describe our satisfaction with the overall service and hospitality. The hotel offers everything for a fantastic holiday! The staff is great and always ready to assist and make your stay unforgettable. The facilities are the best and well-maintained. All the food we were served was super delicious and abundant. The location is dream-like, right next to the slopes and deep in the pine forest. We will surely visit you again 😊

Tho pool at the corner didn’t looked clean, otherwise the spa overall is great.

The spa and jacuzzi outside was👌. You can buy ski pass from the hotel, which is very convenient, and the terrains are right next to the hotel.

The water in the jacuzzi needs to be heated to a higher temperature, otherwise what should be pure pleasure after skiing becomes unpleasant.

The location is perfect, from the hotel entrance directly to the slopes... although I am vegetarian, the food was so varied that I always had something to eat.

It’s an old building that was renovated so as expected there are some things that were not functioning perfectly. First we had an issue with the window in our room (couldn’t close) and then with the toilet. However, the staff was on it as soon as we reported the issues and we were offered a new room and an extended stay, and these did not spoil our stay. However, the music on Saturday evening coming from the Odzaklija restaurant downstars, which included a brass band, kept us awake past 1 o’clock.

We loved the staff. Everyone there went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, they were super responsive, kind and welcoming. They were very patient and polite even with guests who did not behave half decent. By far they are the best impression of our stay. Also, location is great if you come for skiing. The food was amazingn - the dinner buffet was diverse and creative, offering new options every day.

Ovaj hotel je prevazišao sva naša očekivanja,počevši od toga da je osoblje jako ljubazno, izlazi u susret za bilo koje pitanje.Takodje,rezervisali smo sobu sa doručkom a dobili smo i večeru sva 3 dana-bez doplate, to još nigde nismo doživeli.Spa centar je prelep, imali smo ga praktično samo za sebe a devojka koja radi je preljubazna.Sve u svemu, pravi odmor.Dolazimo ponovo sigurno,sledeći put u sezoni.

There is only one elevator and it is a bother for top floors. Elevator repairs seem to take days.

Location is exceptional. Room was spacious and we had access to the shared balcony. Buffet was small but extremely tasty.

The most glorious experience iin Rtanj Kopaonik is the horse riding tour with Milance and Lazara. Highly recommended for beginners and for experienced riders. The horse tour on Kopaonik is something that I’m returning every summer ❤️ Unique experience

We had a wonderful time with great staff. The manager Alexander made our stay super comfortable. Diana, Maria and all front desk staff was so nice. Ski, horse riding we enjoyed our stay so much. Excellent food in the breakfast and dinner. He offered Serbian delicious wines in the evenings. Rooms are big, bright and clean. Spa is amazing, hot sauna, steam room, indoor pool and jakuzi is what you need after a cold ski day. The most important is when you have any problem, staff is super helpful to solve in a minute. Hotel has a slope just in front of it so you are directly connected to ski slopes. First day we could not use that slope and Alexander arranged the hotel minibus to drive us to the center and bring back us free. It was so nice of them. You can buy skipass in the hotel. You can rent your equipment from the hotel. All are for reasonable prices. When we are leaving they gave us local paste Ajvar and home made marmalade as present :)) We left with great memories... super nice!!! definitaly recommend here to stay and looking forward to come back next year. thank you so much for your great hospitality !!!

There was not anything that I don't like.

This was my first time in Kopaonik and I feel so lucky to find the right hotel the first time. The room is clean and comfortable, food is so good, the staff is amazing, the manager is so kind and generous, he always helped us. It was easy to buy ski pass and to rent ski equipments from the hotel. The spa is new, clean and relaxing.I and my friends enjoyed the whole time we stayed.I highly recommend with no doubt. I will definitely stay again in Rtanj next year.

My recent getaway to Hotel Rtanj left me utterly impressed. Tucked away in the serene beauty of Kopaonik, this hotel boasts an unbeatable location, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to nearby attractions. I highly recommend the à la carte restaurant Odžaklija. The food was superbly delicious, and the ambiance was amazing.

Location is better than exceptional - it is unique. Built upon a very old mountaineering shelter, alone in the mountain, it is in the middle of a national park where property development is not allowed any more.

Not everyone in the staff speaks english so you have to be a bit patient, but all the staff is nice and accomodating. The time for dinner is too short - only 2 hours in a space that is too small., It feels over crowded and agitated. Daily cleaning only means empting the paper bin and replacing toilet paper, it's not enough when you stay a whole week, you can ask for a change of towels buy really you shouldn't have to.

The location is excelent, it's really ski-in ski-out. The room was big and nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable, you can order room service by using an app, that was quite cool. The staff was very polite and always helpfull.the food is amazing and you have plenty of options. There is a good wine selection at the bar and the whole lounge area and bar gives a nice vibe. The spa has a very nice large heated pool and jacuzzi and we really enjoyed the relax room and the massage. There is an EV charger available in the parking and the whole area is secured. Overall great value for money and when we return to Kopaonic we will definitely stay at Rtanj.
