Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel is brand new with very friendly stuff and very clean and warm room. Also the breakfast is not a big buffet but it’s very tasty with fresh things

I was in the new building and regretfully in a house nearby there was a dog barking all night so I could not sleep.
The hotel is very clean and near the city centre. I was in the new building which is very nice. Breakfast and staff were really good.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel, but if you are driving there it is quite difficult to find.
It was a nice hotel very close to the town centre. The room was very pleasant, with a small balcony and the parking facilities were excellent, in a gated car park right outside the hotel. The staff were excellent. Even though the breakfast room was small, breakfast was a good buffet style with both hot and cold options.

A really nice and calm place. The room was clean, and there was a nice view. The breakfast was really tasty, and there were plenty of options to choose from.

Extremely nice place! New rooms, everywhere is so clean and spacious! Totally loved it! Very polite and nice staff! Very close to Knežev Arsenal if you visit the Arsenal Fest. Totally reccommend!

The aircon was having issues which made the room uncomfortably hot at times.
Staff were wonderful, the rooms were nice and spacious and the breakfast was great.

Nothing really. I would highly recommend in case you need a sleepover in that location and want good value for your money
Hotel is in very quiet location yet close to the city center and with free parking. The rooms were spacious, well equipped and sparkling clean. Since it is Garni hotel it doesn’t have its own restaurant but the breakfast variety was pretty decent and everyone will find something. Staff was very reserved in communication but very polite though

It’s a great boutique hotel close to the city center, but away from the traffic so it’s nice and quiet. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. We also had a very nice breakfast that was freshly made. The staff was great and very helpful.

Surroundings are still in some sort of development.
Great little hotel near Kragujevac city center. Very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was truly wonderful with a great choice of food. Private parking is a bonus !

I had a small recommendation to the management - I left it on the questionnaire in the room.
Everything was just perfect - staff, comfort, cleanliness, breakfast - would definitely stay there again if I visit this town. We requested secure parking - we had it.

Restaurant for breakfast only, variation of food ok but quite limited. All good for one night but a housing construction is right next to the hotel (just to share).
All in all clean and comfortable rooms.

Breakfast was good, but there were limited choices
Rubicon Hotel is based in a new modern building, centrally located (but in a quiet neighborhood) and close (walking distance) to the city's sights. It offers on-premise parking at no extra cost. The room was extremely clean, the bed very comfortable and wi-fi very fast. Hotel staff was very kind, welcoming and helpful.
