Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The only issue was the heating which we did not find how to adjust so we had to turn it off so that we could sleep in not so warm room.
Location and facility are good, kind stuff. Solid spa within the facility, and nice breakfast.

Not consider as do not like, rather like a hint: to have more stands for towels in bathroom.
Available hosts with very plesant communication. Food was great and spa center was very decent, intimate and clean. Perfecr for couples and kids.

The hotel is great and it has everything you need. The rooms are modern and clean. It has a nice spa, with a pool and sauna. There's a good restaurant downstairs with great food and prices. The location is perfect, near the river side and the town, so there are lots of options for walks and relaxation.

Rooms don't have temperature regulation. It was so hot in the room that we could not sleep. Breakfast could be better. There's only one option that is not omelet.
Modern hotel. Everything looks quite new. Decent spa facilities.

Don’t love the smoking in the restaurant but that’s standard for Serbia.

The lighting in the bathroom isn't bright enough for me .
The staff are all very friendly. They do everything they can to help you. The hotel is clean and modern. The breakfast spread combined with the breakfast menu is more than enough to start the day . The food is always of a high standard. I recommend the steak it was cooked to perfection! The facilities, fully equipped gym pool and saunas are clean and available until 10 pm . I take full advantage of them in the morning and evening. I will be coming back again next year.

very nice central hotel, with elevator, free parking space in front of the hotel door. Very nice Free Slaz Sauna sauna, steam room, swimming pool and spa use, very friendly staff, via booking including breakfast options. Nice hotel with good equipment. Nice spa with sauna, Hamam and 12,5 meters inside the swimming pool. Good parking with plenty of empty parking places.

The only thing I could complain about is that breakfast could be more diverse and better. Everything else is perfect!
The spa is really good and comfortable. There were not so many people. Rooms are cute and clean. Beds are comfortable. The bathroom is great and fully renovated

The location is great ! The facilities are fantastic! The breakfast is plentiful. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The food in the restaurant is delicious . Having all of the above to hand made my stay stress free.

Pool water was close to cold. And the room itself was not really warm, so I would not recommend it for the colder days. Maybe it was a one time thing, I am sure hotel is amazing, since its really clean and maintained.
Its new, clean. People are helping and very nice. Rooms were great. Parking was right in front of the hotel. Spa is great looking. Sauna is perfect. Pool area is great and nice looking.

Perfect location
