Everything was nice, tidy room, nice location, near the city bus station and bus station to airport. Very good and friendly owner, was super comfortable and for a very nice price, I know when I’ll stay when will visit Belgrade again. Thank you!

Although it wasn’t a problem because owner texted us, mentioned it to us and gave us a possibility to cancel booking free of charge, it is a room inside a home where owner himself lives.

Nenad, the owner, was extremely hospitable. Even though we woke him in the middle of the night to check in, he gladly opened the door, helped us get in and even apologized about not being quicker about it. He also allowed us to have later checkout without extra charge because next guests were checking in later in the day. Also he thought we might be hungry so he shared his own pie with us. It truly felt as if we came to a relative, and not a booking reservation

Cozy appartment in perfect location. Got a bus early morning very fast and easy. Very friendly owner helped me to get into the apartment despite the fact that he himself arrived later. I recommend this place. Thank you, Slavisa!

Unique experience in many ways. Also very welcoming, helpful and flexible host (Slaviša), the apartment easily accessible from the airport, quiet neighbours - therefore easy to sleep (provided windows closed), clean bedding, a terrace with great views and lots of amenities nearby. Exceptional treat for the lovers of the late 70s Brutalist architecture. And - importantly - very affordable, in every sense of the word!

Mr. Trickovich is without any doubt, the best host I even had in booking and Airbnb. Very sociable, sympathetic, cool and very kind person. Gave advises of food, transport, train stations and places. Totally pleasant talking! He gave us some beers and we try local rakia with him. Very punctual and helpfull information! Good apartment, amazing shower, kitchen, pleasant balcony, good bedroom. Check-in little bit sooner (that day was available). Location was cool, tram and bus right down building to centre for some min. U can walk or take tram to one of railway stations as we if u have a train to Novi Sad or other cities.

Not perfectly clean, also the owner smokes. It is no easy to find the flat.

The host is GREAT! He offered tea and coffee, made registraron. You fell like home there. Price is great as well. Good location close to all the facilities.

The common places are not spotlessly clean, but after all you arrive to the place where a person lives so it's normal. So don't expect everything freshly polished. But it didn't bother me at all, especially for such a friendly price! The stay was absolutely great

The host is very friendly and accommodating! I was arriving early and the host managed to check me in early morning, which was so so important for me as I was absolutely exhausted after a long night train. I was arriving to Belgrade for one night and just needed a calm and comfortable place to sleep. That was exactly it! THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Really nice place with cozy balcony and friendly host:) Common kitchen with anything u need for cooking, 2 toalets and fresh towels. Sava even let us come with a dog - tnx a lot!!!

Really amzing host. Never met a more hospitable host, than this guy. I do really reccomend to stay here. He gave us free drink upon arrrival, and brought us back to the airport on 4.30 am. Really appriciated. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and it's easy to reach by public transport, either going to city centre by pt.
