We had great stay in Sheraton, Novi Sad. - large rooms - big and comfortable beds - convenient underground parking (although a bit tight) - great breakfast with lots of things - staff always there to help And most importantly - our small poodle was welcomed as well! Cant think of anything negative… maybe only that location is not in the center, but we travelled around in our car, so not an issue. Next time we visit Novi Sad, we will choose again Sheraton for sure.

A bit far from the city centre.

While I was only here for a short time for part of Exit Festival, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. While I didn't stay long enough to check it out, the bar area looked nice too. While its out of the main city centre, there is a well-stocked supermarket nearby.

It was very hot in the room, I think the aircon is broken. Please, check room 209 - couldn't really breath there.

There was no facial tissue in the room. I had club lounge access and was advised that there was variety of drinks, e.g., wine, beer, etc. The club lounge opened until 11 pm. However, I went there at 10 pm and there was no wine / beer, only water and soft drinks available. No staff were there.

This is not my first time in the hotel, all the recommendations. Rooms are clean ancozy, the bed is very comfortable, we enjoyed spa (with no pool it's still quite good). Staff members are friendly and the breakfast has variety of options (even non-gluten bread which was important for me)

The only minor complaint we have were a few things with the room condition. The carpet had some burn holes about the size of a quarter which for this price point we did not expect. The curtains were also in bad shape and need to be replaced as the lining has a large number of holes in it which allow a lot of light through when they are closed which was definitely not expected at the Sheraton and is not a good look for the hotel brand. Aside from that, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were very nice.

The building overall is beautiful. The breakfast was good with a fair number of options, but definitely not worth the price in my opinion, so save your money there. Room service was amazing, a little pricey but that was expected considering the quality of the food was excellent. The staff definitely made our trip more enjoyable. They were quick to go above and beyond to help. Every single staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful with a special thanks to Jovan at the front desk, he was absolutely amazing. He was like having a dear friend as your personal concierge as he truly took an interest in us and made us feel like royalty. Thank you to all for making our trip very pleasant.

Underground parking costs 10€/day, could be free for hotel guests. Restaurant is not pet-friendly - apart from that everything was nice!

We stayed there for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Great facilities and very friendly staff. The gym is well equipped and the SPA center is really great. There are two types of Sauna, one steam bath, a salt relaxation room and a nice jacuzzi. We also booked some massage (which was not included of course) and liked it. Breakfast is really great and the food is tasty. The hotel is pet-friendly for smaller animals and there is no additional fee to pay. Our room was on the third floor and there was enough space, it was also well equipped. Very comfortable bed. We will definitely come again when visiting Novi Sad, it was great!
