Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaFor this kind of brand the service level in general, including reception and breakfast staff was the bare minimum. Reception was hardly hospitable and breakfast staff was not present, let alone refilling. Also, when it comes to the room, the door to the balcony was leaking cold and there was only one towel hanger in the bathroom which is not enough for 4 towels and 2 people. What was though the BIGGEST issue is the room not automatically closing behind you, remaining open. This resulted in our room accidentally remaining unlocked and us having to do many tries and manouvers to lock it. This is a big security issue which I have never seen before in a chain hotel.
The rooms were looking new, the breakfast was decent and as far as we were able to check, the spa and the gym were good. Parking was also convenient.
