I wasn't happy with the service and the air-conditioning wasn't working. I told the reception and they said that they are going to fix it, because the AC was off from the central. But they didn't do anything. They told us to open the window. After opening of the window many flies came in the room. I booked the room because they had air-conditioning, the room was really hot and we couldn't sleep.

I expected more for 4* hotel and the price we paid. Coffe machine for breakfast would be amazing, but it is not provided, also more varieties are expected for this price.

The location is best about this hotel (center is 15 minutes by walking). Hotel is new, rooms are clean, they have own parking which is amazing if you are coming by car. Reception guy is polite and helpful.

A day before leaving, we requested a late check-out, to which the lady at the reception replied there is absolutely no problem, without mentioning any fee for that. It then came as a surprise to us upon check-out that we were charged an extra 45€ (!!) to which some other lady replied that it is the way they do it, and wouldn't waive the fee even though we told her we were not informed of this fee. This was definitely not professional of her and we were very disappointed. The parking space is located behind the hotel, on a very small platform and can be very hard to access if your car is a bit longer than the norm. The breakfast was very simple and lacked a lot of options for a alleged 4-star hotel. Also disappointing.

The reception staff that welcomed us was very kind and nice and we felt really welcome.

Although a private parking at the property was paid there was still no parking spot available for the 2nd overnight. The receptionist lady was barely interested to support and after some convincing she agreed that the hotel will pay for a street parking nearby the hotel.

Cozy rooms with great beds and mattresses. TV had Youtube and Netflix apps available.

We did not have guaranteed parking spot and had to park somewhere on the street, there is only limited parking spots but we were told that we will have a parking spot. This was one of the reasons why we even book this place. Breakfast window is very small, from 7:30am -10:00am. We arrived 30 minutes before ending of the breakfast hours and there were no more eggs and bacon and they said that they will not be making any more. After us there were more people who had no basic choices for breakfast. They only replenished cheese when we asked. My husband developed some kind of rash after we left the hotel. His both arms were itching. He does not have any allergies nor he ever had these kinds of reactions.

Excellent location, beautiful new hotel, modern. Service was very good, the staff was very sweet and courteous.

The parking space was limited, and it's really hard to access with a large car. Luckily, there was enough space on the street right in front of the hotel, so we didn't have to park it there. There was not really much choice for a breakfast like in other hotels, but I guess all the basics were covered.

I liked the location, it was really clean and comfortable. Lady at the reception was really nice and helpful. It's really close to all of the landmarks and the city center.

The worst parking i have ever been to any hotel ever. Extremely tight entrance and I am a good driver and my car is midsize sedan. Go there only with small city cars. I almost scratched my car couple of times due to the lack of action of the hotel of organising their parking better
