Really need some maintenance for the room and bathroom. Finding a parking spot was almost impossible if you do not consider 10+minutes.

I had to pay 6 euro extra per night: only 2 euro was city tax, the other 4 euro was a service fee. I feel little scammed, because I have never seen "service fee" before.

Good price, good bus connection to city centre. There is a fridge, good clima and little balcony, where you can dry your clothes.

When I had a minor problem with the room, I could instantly move to another one. The crew is really helpful, perfect English. I checked out early in the morning (6:30 AM). I failed to notice on the front entrance, that due to Covid the hotel stays close between ~3-7 AM. But when I called one of the numbers in the notice, they were really kind and opened the door in less then 5 min. Very responsive and kind crew!

Lobby: The smell of cigarettes and random clutter (magazines, branded bags) made the lobby less appealing. Staff appearance: The front desk employee wore a track suit, which seemed unprofessional for a 4-star hotel. Elevator: Ongoing “electricity problems” with the elevator, which have apparently been unresolved for years. Room cleanliness: The carpet in my room clearly needed vacuuming. Mattress: While comfortable, the mattress was simply placed on a wooden box—not appropriate for a 4-star hotel.

The staff: One front desk employee was polite and friendly. Spacious room: The room was quite large, which was a plus. Bathroom: It was clean, big, and well-maintained. Location: The location was ideal and worked perfectly for my needs.

Terrible smell in the room, small bathroom, toilet seat does not fit. Very dirty, everything is very old. No water and glasses in the room.

The hotel has a good location. There are many cafes, shops, a park, and a church nearby. There is parking for 20 euros/night.

The tidiness. It was not clean when we entered and it was a bit gross. The furnishment of the room was old and not well kept. There was a bureau I liked but the chair behind it was stained.

I liked the bathroom and the shower cabin. It had a glass towards the bedroom. A really fun idea! 😀 The location. There was a park nearby.

Overpriced and overrated; does not deserve 4 stars. Room was not vacuumed, breadcrumbs were everywhere on already dirty carpet. Cobwebs and spiders were also there. Be aware of additional charges.

Good location near two boulevards, good connection to other parts of the city. Comfortable bed.

I didn't get a remote for the aircon or tv until I was about to check out. Toilet seat didn't fit on the toilet, mattress was falling off the bed, light flickered in the room. Lift didn't work.

I thought there would be breakfast, extra at 8e each, but they weren't serving breakfast. Went to Coffee Dream instead

Room dirty, hairs form former guests all over the bed. No room service. Toilet not cleaned and broken. No breakfast available. Smell of cigarette smoke all over the room and the hotel - sleeping was possible only with open window. Cockroaches in the room. Elevator not working.

not for non smokers; cigarette smoke all over the hotel. broken elevator. placed on the third floor next to VERY LOUD groups of men who were constantly yelling, sitting on the hallway floors, and up all night making noise. the day of the checkout I had a cab ordered for 6:30 am and as I came downstairs to the lobby, I realized NO ONE is at the front desk and the main door is LOCKED! i rang the bell, called a few numbers for at least 10-15 minutes, totally panicking, when I finally got a hold of someone who came in a few minutes and unlocked the main door. I’m still disturbed that no one is there throughout the night, with guests that looked very worrisome taking up hallways, lobby etc. not for a solo traveller by any means, I definitely won’t be back. you can find much better properties for the same price!

there isn’t much that I liked, other than location that I chose so it’s close to the destinations I was attending over those two days
