Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

We have no complaints.
Extremely clean, tidy and a modern apartment with all the necessary facilities available. It’s located at a great spot in Surcin, Belgrade near the Nikola Tesla airport. There are cafe’s, bakeries and shops nearby that you can easily reach by foot. The landlord and his mother are lovely people who were always there for us. Their hospitality is 10/10, they go out of their way to make sure that their guests are comfortable and satisfied. I’m so happy that I booked this place for me and my mother, we will definitely come back again.

Everything was great.
I can’t recommend this place enough! I was a little nervous traveling alone and arriving late at night, but the host went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. He picked me up from the airport late at night and even dropped me off early in the morning—so convenient! The location is perfect, just minutes from the airport. The place itself was spotless, everything looked fantastic, and they even left out snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. I felt completely at ease and would definitely stay here again. A truly great experience!

We feel sad leaving this house, we’d like to stay more :)
Cozy little room in a private house in Surcin. The house is close enough to the airport to drive to it (10 min) and far enough away to not hear the noise of airplanes. The room is very clean and looks like a recent renovation. Right next to the exit there is an incredibly cozy patio with a sofa and a table, where you can have a cup of morning coffee and gaze at the locals passing by the fence :) There are several cafes near the house. I would also like to mention the incredible hospitality of host Predrag, who did everything he could to make our stay at his place unforgettable and make us want to come back here again. Predrag picked us up at the airport at night and the next morning was very kind and drove us back.

Very friendly and welcoming host. Ready to help, explain & show everything around tha accommodation. There is also a praking place on the yard territory directly in front of the house (no need to worry about parking in the street or elsewhere). Host is also always online and can help you with any questions. Airport is about 10-15min by car. There are bus stops nearby, but I did not use them, cannot say anything about it.

Nothing to comment, everything was excellent!
Very hospitable and helpful hosts. They contacted me already upon arrivaI to give me a warm welcome. I arrived at 1AM, this was no problem at all, also very flexible with check out times, no pressure. Ofcourse they offered me coffee and sweets in the morning :-) The apartment is very clean, comfortable and complete! Hvala puno!!!

20 - 30 minutes away by bus from the city center
It was an incredibly clean room and everything was available, very fine details were considered, it was comfortable, the host and his mother helped in everything and offered extra breakfast and food, they have a very sweet dog in the garden, everything is available in the room and it is very close to the airport.:)
