Absolutely comfortable, very clean, qualitatively furnished apartment with an amazing balcony. Great location, good beach just 200 meters away, free parking with lots of places close to the port - just a 100 meters away, very welcoming host.

The noise was rough, the issue is that the noise insulation is not great, so you will hear noise until the morning hours.

It was a unique experience on water, the bath tub was great. The public transport was "close", only a 15 min powerwalk to the bus stop.

We could have used more pillows and blankets.

The location on the river is magical. It was hard to get up and leave the apartment - lounging on the terrace over the water felt so nice. The entire surrounding area is a park. You can go for a walk, run, ride, or just sit at a bench and enjoy the view. Moreover, the apartment is spacious and has a great sound system. This makes it great for a small party.

I loved everything about this stay.

Spending time on the extraordinarily beautiful River Sava Lovely restaurants, promenades and recreation areas. You feel like you're at the seaside and not 20 minutes from the city centre. The hosts were very professional and friendly.

As an improvement for the house, I would say that an agreement can be made with the restaurant next door and a discount can be provided from this restaurant for the guests staying at the house :)

My family and I recently spent a four-day vacation in Belgrade. We spent part of our vacation at the Swan, a rental house located on the Sava River. The house is a bit far from the city center, but it is in a very convenient location for transportation. The house is decorated in a modern and stylish way and is equipped to meet any need. The best part of the house is undoubtedly the balcony with a river view. Watching the sunrise and the silhouette of Belgrade from the balcony is a magical experience. The owner of the house was helpful in every way from our entry to our exit from the house. If there was anything missing in the house, he provided it immediately. This also made our vacation even more enjoyable.

It was noisy, since there is a bar next to Swan with a very loud music, live music, and you can hear it very cleary as well as the people singing and screaming. I like parties but I wanted some rest, it didn't happen in Swan. Music started maybe an hour before midnight. It shouldnt be written in the description that it's a soundproof and calm place. And when we made a reservation we didn't notice on the photos that there are rooms where you have no privacy in the toilet, the toilet is right there near the bed without doors. But that's on us, we should look better. And one more thing, I would put some tutorial for using the jakuzi in the room, it's not intuitive.

The host is good, responsive. The location is nice, on the river. Room is clean. Beds are comfy, there is jakuzi.

Everything was great. I don’t get why people complain about the lack of the bathroom door. It’s obvious that the room was designed for a couple, so there was no issue for us. A small suggestion, it would be great if a coffee machine could be purchased in order to be able to enjoy your morning coffee on the dock 😊

The location was great, quiet and intimate with a spacious room, a comfortable bed and a hot tub perfect for two. The room has an exit to your own private dock. Free parking was easy to find, just a 3 minutes walk from the location. The staff was friendly and the self check in instructions were very easy to follow.

I'm personally prefer walled, closed toilet. I would more specific address description. Quite tricky to get first time right with the taxi.

Beautiful location, spacious room, sundeck on the water, air-conditioning. Private but still with access to public places if you wish so. Excellent communication with the owner.

Lack of bathroom privacy - only a singe frosted pane of glass separating the toilet from the rest of the room.

Amazing situation perched above the water! Lovely cafes and restaurants nearby and it's a great and unusual riverside neighbourhood.
