The villa is actually much more spacious than it appears in the pictures. The host was incredibly kind and professional. What truly made this stay special was the fireplace—not only did it create a cozy atmosphere, but it also kept the house warm long after the fire had gone out, which was especially appreciated since the temperature outside was below zero during our stay.

Beautiful terrace, quiet area in the woods, beautiful nature, excellent host! The house is fully equipped, it has everything you need! Close to Resavska pecina and Lisine.

There are multiple ways to get to the villa, but following one of those will get you to a really bad road and you'll need to turn around (google maps are not accurate for that road as no cars can make it).

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The accomodation is beautiful, clean and privately secluded (perfect for out-of-city getaways).

The villa is located in a very beautiful place with a large yard. Several tourist attractions are nearby, and one of them can be reached on foot. It is a great place to relax. We spent only one night there, but I really enjoyed it.

Location, the villa itself and nature around it is fimply put - wonderful. Hosted by great people who were helpful beyond belief. Everything was waiting for us already, prepared to the smallest detail. If you are searching for a place in nature to relax, rest and see an amazing cave in walking vicinity, this is the place!

No such thing. We loved every bit of it.

This is our second time (of hopefully many) in the Miletic Villas. The tranquil forest, intimate seting, great view and quiet are hard to find in this modern world. Everything is more than amazing, and the swings outside the house, around a bonfire... It's enchanting. It's a great escape for a weekend, don't hesitate to try it.

Bear in mind you have to get food supplies beforehand otherwise it's 30min to the town to get something to eat. Not a problem for us but it is important to know.

Location in the middle of the nature. The villas are well equipped with anything you need. The owner is very helpful ensuring you enjoy your stay. My kids enjoyed the outside area to play and connect with nature. Wonderful experience

The water is non-drinkable and has a special smell. We need to bring our drinking water for cooking and drinking.

The villas are located in a stunning forest, with breathtaking views. The spacious interior is tastefully decorated in a modern style. We only stayed for one night, so didn't have the opportunity to try the outdoor stove/oven, which is definitely worth experiencing. The owner and the family were incredibly welcoming and warm-hearted.

The villa was very clean and very comfortable. There's nothing to complain about here, it's just great. The villa is in the middle of the forest and you can really relax. There is WiFi and international television. Very nicely furnished and with a large fireplace that makes the whole house warm. Outside there is a barbecue area and a fire pit with benches. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The nice gentleman also gave us some recommendations for excursions. All in all great and only recommended. We will definitely come back when we are in Serbia. Many thanks to the nice hosts.

A few minor opportunities for improvement that we noticed: it would have been nice to have a grater and a cutting board in the kitchen (perhaps we just couldn't find them). It was a bit challenging to figure out how to turn off the lights on the upper-floor balcony (the switches were located on the floor below). There was nothing more serious to report; everything was wonderful.

This household had three similar houses, two located quite close to each other (yet still offering privacy), and one house was a bit farther away, across a meadow. The house fully met our expectations; it was comfortable, cozy, and beautiful. While driving to the location in the evening, we even spotted an owl sitting on the road and some hares. In the morning, from the terrace, we could observe a family of pheasants strolling around the meadow. The Resavska Cave was only a 3-minute drive away, and the surrounding area was incredibly beautiful. I also appreciated the variety of pillow sizes available.

If you have a car with low profile tyres or the car is lowered more than usual - you should check with the owner what are the other options. It is not a paved road. It is maintained, it is wide enough. A standard car should have no problems.

The house is clean and it is located in very quiet surroundings. The kitchen has everything for making a meal. We were using a barbeque outside of the house. The bathroom is clean and big enough. Resava cave is 20 minutes walking from location. Parking is free and safe.
