Not very "homely" but I was only there to sleep so no issue for me

Mattresses could be a bit more comfortable, however they are fine enough for a couple of days!

Everything was fantastic! Even our special requests were fulfilled, as for a sweet breakfast (regular offer includes typical savoury meals out of six variants) and the post delivery of forgotten clothes. Clean place, silent and a bit disguised area next to the city library but still as central as possible. Staff is so nice and hospitality is present in all sights possible. There is a very fair price for wellness and other services you can use additionally.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights, everything was fine. The staff is very nice. The location of the hotel is in the city center, which is also convenient.

The hotel is close to the city center, there is also a beautiful park nearby. There are plenty of fountains and walking paths. The apartment is large and contains everything we need. Everything was clean, the food was delicious. We enjoyed the Finnish sauna and jacuzzi the most. The workers at the reception are very friendly and gave us advice on where to go and how to get to the most beautiful places in Vrsac.

We had some loud neighbors the first nighr, who partied until 5 am.

Staff was very polite, you can choose time for breakfast whic is very great, also the staff from reception came to meet me for the use of SPA services because I was little late for my check-in. Very clean rooms and facilities. Very good experience

The bathroom had roaches, the fittness and spa was closed so it was a little expensive just for sleeping and breakfast.

The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is serbian and that is good, you do not need to eat until dinner. Downstairs is a nice pizza place with a very nice and kind owner.

The stairs are steep and narrow, and rooms are on the last, third floor - the elevator goes only to the second floor. Soundproofing is weak. Breakfast was not possible before 9 am, which was not convenient since we usually eat earlier. We asked to have breakfast earlier, but still got it after 9 am. The batteries in the remote controller were empty and we were left without toilet paper on Sunday and there was no one at the reception.

The location is central and close to everything of interest. There were enough parking spaces in front of the building, within an enclosed courtyard. The girls working at the reception are nice and at service. We could use a small kitchen and dining room in the common areas with dishes and some complimentary tea and coffee. It was clean and nicely decorated, although some things looked unfinished.

No proper coffee at breakfast, just some instant drink… They should buy a coffee machine. Also some juice for breakfast would be needed.

Central location, yet a bit hidden from the street, rooms are not big but cozy, bathroom was ok, everything was clean. Wifi was very good, free parking for several cars. Breakfast: we had to choose between different breakfast menus, overall was ok. Staff was very polite and helpful.
