The problem was the bus sent us to Haram at 26 Ramadan, but at return they said waiting until tahgod pray

Coach/shuttle bus drops far away from Masjid al haraam main area probably due to Ramadhan traffic and congestion have to walk at least 10 mins to get in to court yard

Excellent hotel in a good location. It is sparkling clean and very spacious, it has everything one may need. The beds are very comfortable. I definitely recommend everyone to stay here. The staff are very friendly welcoming and respectful. I just wish the shuttle service is more frequent to the Masjid al haram and drops close by.

Room key card sometimes failed so we had to get it fixed, repeatedly.

Very clean, hygienic, and very spacious rooms. Toiletry was provided. The value for money is unmatched. There is a free shuttle that goes to a bus station where you can hop on a connecting bus that takes you straight to Masjid-al Haram.

Location, far from public transportation. Staff members messed up my reservation, they kept telling me that I did not pay, while I paid via bank transfer. They even called me after I checked out saying that I have upstanding amount.

One of the staff and the shuttle bus service. He is rude to my wife. The shuttle bus didn’t park at the hotel front - we needed to walk about 300-400m away and the bus driver was so rude. There was no bonding between bus driver and us. In addition the bus station at Haram was a chaos as it was so difficult to find the hotel bus. Too many buses and it was very dangerous. We needed to find the bus and as such we needed to walk through and in between all buses. The air was so filthy. After two nights of chaos, we checked out.

Location is bit too away. Commute is 45minutes to an hour daily to the haram. Bathroom drainage is a problem in the shower.

Neat and well maintained hotel. Room is spacious. Shuttle bus to and from makkah haram daily. Mosque is nect door to hotel.

transport arrangements was very poor

The location of the hotel was unanticipated, far from the main street have to walk 600m everyday to catch a taxi to Haram and also on my way back. The transport was the main issue for me, after salat al-Dhur, they provided only 2 trips to the Haram 2:50pm and 5pm and each trip was overcrowded and that's why I chose to take a taxi. Aside from the limited travel arrangements and the hotel location, the hotel staff was very helpful.

I never get to like anything about the property because when I got there at 4:30am even after contacting the property and informing them of my late check in they still sold out all available rooms ,and when I went online to check on the bookings app it still showed available rooms

Excellent service and staff is professional, also the location is good, Free bus from location to Haram and from Haram to the location is also, very very fast and good.

We had a excellent time. Rate is slow cause they don't qualify for a 4 star as no restaurant. It is a 3 star. Reception 24 hours, 2 min from Jamarat bus station, 2 small supermarket, mosque and lots of restaurants on main road.
