Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. There was employee in specific, his name was Fahim. He was VERY nice & provided me with advice on how to navigate around the area. He always checked on if I needed anything whenever he saw me & gave Salams. Fahim is a true gentleman

My expectations were quite low but I was pleasantly surprised. Clean tidy newly renovated rooms. Large shower with big shower head. I would stay again. Of note house keeping only come if your flick the switch for them to clean the room.

It was a great stay for 3 nights, the room is spacious and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was very good and has all the variety you need. They have a laundry service. The hotel is about 1.5 km from the Haram which is not very near but the point is that the distance is straight to the gate 79 and it is very easy to get a taxi at anytime for around 15-20 SR depending on the time of the prayer. Overall, it was a comfortable and great experience to stay there, I do recommend it to everyone.

It is not a dislike, I would suggest the personnel to have more info about the souvenir, shopping and bazaar locations 🙏

The rooms were not very clean, with so much dirt underneath the beds. They were also quite small; our room for four felt cramped compared to other hotels we've stayed in. The breakfast was disappointing, offering very limited options. Despite reading negative reviews before traveling, I found that the issues mentioned had not been addressed, suggesting that either the hotel does not pay attention to feedback or simply ignores it.
It was close to the Haram. 3 minutes with a taxi! There were taxis available infront of the hotel anytime! The hotel is affordable too! You can also get there easily by foot. But that can take longer, 15-20 minutes!

The front desk sister and brother were very helpful 10/10 brilliant customer service, this hotel suited my elderly Dad with wheel chair, u come out catch taxi 5 min your at Haram mosque (location 79) no messing around, only cost 10 diram going 20 coming back, hotel it self and breaky 10/10 excellent rooms and food…
