The street repairs have begun, and it’s quite noisy. Additionally, navigating the area with kids or bags is challenging, and ordering a taxi requires a 4-5 minute walk to the end of the street. However, if you’re alone, it’s still manageable and recommended.

The hotel is situated on a very wide, busy street where traffic moves at high speeds, making it sometimes impossible to cross safely.

The location is within walking distance to Al-Masjid Al-Haram, if you enjoy walking. Clean and comfortable room. Very nice staff. Value for money. I would like to especially thank the two ladies at the reception. Unfortunately, I can't remember their names, but both were very polite and always ready to help. I’d also like to extend my gratitude to the hotel staff, particularly the kind young man who arranged the taxi to Jeddah for me. Thank you very much!

the location from haram. no shuttle option. Could get an uber to take you to haram but no uber option back and many street taxi would not accept the short ride

nothing, everything was lovely and suited our needs. Just so you know, there aren't any restaurants nearby, but we didn't need anything as we always ate near the haram.

This hotel felt like a good 4 star hotel. Though it's a 25 minute walk away from the haram ( door to door) we didn't find that a problem. There was always a taxi outside the hotel and we paid 10SR 9about £2) to reach the haram. The taxi usually drops you off at the underground drop off within 5 minutes, you come up the escalator within the haram courtyard. I had never used taxis to reach my hotel and so was a little nervous, but I was pleasantly surprised by the ease and speediness of the journey. The reception staff, especially Amir, were great. Friendly, helpful and always smiling in welcome. The breakfast was good, fresh juice and coffee would make it better, but this is a budget hotel so we can't expect everything for the price we paid. There was a laundry place 2 doors down which was highly convenient, a pharmacy across the road, as well as a barbers within a short walk. I am recommending this hotel to my everyone who asks, we were highly pleased with it, I just hope they won't increase their prices!

Rooms could benefit from more natural light. Otherwise room was very nice.

Aamer who works at the front desk is truly a wonderful gentlemen, he greeted us very warmly and a big smile and allowed us to check-in early to drop off our luggage prior to commencing our Umrah. Location is quite close to the haram by taxi, if you cross to the other side of the road (be careful with the fast cars) you can get to the haram for 5 SAR. Prices are variable, always negotiate with Taxis. Nice hotel, good breakfast, nice complimentary Saudi coffee and dates at reception.

Clean and neat Very good value Compared with othet Makka hotels, it is excellent Location relatively nice, 20 minutes from hotel to Kaaba on foot (ramps only arr there and may cause some tiredness), 5 minutes by taxi Taxi charges only 10 riyals and available in front of the hotel. Nearby grocery is there, and pharmacy Nice view. You can see clock tower.

The reception was not answering Calls multiple times, and you have to buy water from the restaurant for a Crazy prize, you are only allowed a 300 ml bottle per guest each day. No shuttle to A-lHaram

I did not like the receptionist's behavior; I stayed there less than 12 hours, and 2 hours before leaving, I went to the receptionist to request some help regarding the 2-pin switch to get my mobile charged, but his behavior was annoying; otherwise another hotel staff, especially the Bangladeshi boy was good.

A fair hotel for the price. 1,2 km from the Haram. Taxi charges 10 riyals per trip going & 15/20 riyals to get back to the hotel.
