Qataryou have to call the room service to make up the room if didnt call they will not come, however when u call them they are fast and clean, when u call also if something missing they come after long time. otherelse every thing is very fine will come again
We reserved on a short notice and arrived after midnight, room was very clean, breakfast was moderate but was clean hot and tasty, staff was very helpful. bedsheets and room was clean, plenty of towels, 10 ryal taxi to haram its on the main street.

The hotel is excellent (location wise and value as well); it is near Haram, Taxi is always there, it costs 5 -10 SAR to reach to Haram (Dar El Tawheed) in 4 to 8 minutes depends on the time and the traffic;; the staff is so friendly, devoted, and cooperative; one comment only, they are not offering room cleaning unless you ask for, but, in the same time, the house keeper, swiftly, responds to your request; the breakfast is adequate to 3 star hotel and more than enough for Umrah visitors; the room is spacious, clean, and toilet /shower is excellent; 4 lifts are serving guests' needs and it was more than adequate to the demand even on rush hours. I would highly recommend this hotel for Umrah and Haj visitors it is excellent
