United Kingdom30 Reviews6 helpful votes“Disappointing stay”The reception person wasn't friendly and charged us 70 SAR for early check in although when I messaged the property prior to arrival they said early check in was available according to availability, he didn't give us access to WIFi, Room maintenance was poor , phone wasn't working and we had to keep on going up and down to fix or change our room, I made a complaint to the shift manager and wasn't happy, the hotel shuttle also had issues with delays going back from Haram
The cleaning of the property, the beds were comfortable

There is everything you need such as supermarket, souvenir shops etc. Just beneath the hotel. The hotel is quite fancy and the staff are helpful.

Property is excellent but if you are going for Umrah then it’s quite difficult to perform prayers in Haram. Being quite far from Haram, it takes around 1.0hour to reach Haram. Further their shuttle bus service is at every one hour which also waste your time. It should be atleast every 30min

It's a quiet hotel compared to the busy ones next to Alharam . You don't have to wait for the lift. Clean and comfortable. The staff are polite and friendly.

First you use the hotel shuttle to reach kuday bus stop, then you change the bus and try to grab the government buses if you are lucky enough to find a space, which then drops you behind the clock tower. And then you have to make a good 8-10 mins walk to haram through some really dark and awfully smelly place. That just ruined my trip. but as far the services AT THE HOTEL were amazing as usual.
As usual perfect for family stay. Worth every single penny. Always my goto choice.
