Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Probably the noise coming from the air conditioning but i guess thats a thing in Saudi Arabia, overall we got used to it after the 1st day
Overall everything was great, staff, the service, the 24hrs shuttle to Al Haram, breakfast was great too.

Not much really. Would be nice to have a change up in breakfast. Hotel served the same food everyday and didn’t have much flavor. The suite bathrooms seem to be connected to the toilet & everything. You almost get a sewage smell from the water after you’re done showering.
Very beautiful compound with an array of hotels and a beauitiful mosque. Nice little shops in the cafe and nearby across the street

Majed, the front desk employee, unintentionally left his post to address an issue with his supervisor and, as a result, failed to return or offer apologies to the other waiting clients who were in need of assistance with their room accommodations.
The hotel and Al-Rajhi mosque are conveniently located near various amenities and services.

They couldn’t confirm for connecting rooms then when we pushed they they said they would write a note but on arrival tried to say they didn’t have availability but suddenly when my wife spoke to their excellent female manager they managed to get one!
The property has a great shuttle and location for families and the quality is good for the price

The gym was quite small and lacked equipment. aswell as what was there didnt work properly

The shuttle bus runs every 1 hour which if missed before prayer time you would have to take a taxi for 50 SAR one way. I would have loved if at least they had two buses for every 30 min.
Amzing value for money at this place, if you don't mind taking a shuttle bus to/from haram. Supermarket and mosque were nearby although no ATM is in the vicinity. There is a free shuttle bus to Haram that takes about 17 min to arrive at Kudai station below Clock Tower.

The male staff were a bit stuck up, would go on their phones whilst you are trying to talk to them which was very annoying but this was a thing everywhere in Saudi, not just this hotel. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay.
Clean rooms, plenty of breakfast options, lots of stalls inside the hotel to shop around at, supermarket and masjid outside the hotel, lots of food options inside and around the outside of the hotel. Shuttle takes people every 30 minutes which was convenient as the hotel is far from the Ka'aba. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Receptionists are quite ignorant, they will go on their phone whilst talking to you which was quite frustrating but otherwise it was a perfect stay.
Rooms were very spacious and clean, breakfast had so many options. Housekeeping was good. Inside the hotel there are may stalls to buy from, outside had a supermarket, masjid and other food shops which was very convenient and was enjoyed by all ages. Overall had an amazing stay. A bit far from the Ka'aba but there is a shuttle which takes you every 30 minutes so it is ideal

Triple room, size of bed was very small. We Had three small beds. The size of the single beds in a double room were a good size which we didn’t get.
