feedback regarding the check-in and check-out procedures at the hotel. In my opinion, these procedures seem to lack professionalism. I suggest that the hotel management consider enhancing the guest experience by implementing a more welcoming approach. It would be great if the staff could provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests upon arrival. This could include a brief introduction to the hotel's services, amenities, and any special features that make it unique. Additionally, it would be helpful if the staff could take the time to explain the check-out process, ensuring that guests feel informed and valued throughout their stay. Making these small but significant improvements to the check-in and check-out procedures can truly enhance the overall impression of the hotel, making guests feel more welcomed and valued throughout their stay.

I must say it was excellent. The environment was pleasant and clean, and the transportation provided to Haram through the buses was convenient. Additionally, the location was conveniently close to various essential services.

The location is far from Haram and we need to use the shuttle bus provided by the hotel. Sometimes I had to use a taxi because the shuttle bus was small one and not enough for all passengers, especially at Magrab time from the hotel and after Ischaa time from Haram. I wish that they provide two of such buses at these two times or one bigger bus.

The check in was very fast and the staff was very nice. The house keeping was very good. All facilities could be found in the hotel. They also allowed me to check out at 15:00 instead of 12:00, which I also appreciate.

The shuttle bus 1 hour trip is took long time especially during peak hour.Suggest to do 30 minutes trip during peak hour + the service should be available for 24 hours to Masjidil Haram

The shuttle bus to al-haram is every 1 hour and there is a need to change the bus at bus area. this will cost you 1 hour under sun if you miss the bus

Cleaning was not okay. I think the Housekeeping was under pressure due to a lot of visitors. Some persons were not friendly.

Housekeeping was not okay; they changed the sheets and towels, while the rest had nothing, no good vacuum, and no adding missing or used things.

The room lacked an iron and had plastic spoons for tea and coffee. The mini bar fridge did not have a refrigerator section. Dust was easily noticeable in the room, although the beds were comfortable. The Wi-Fi signals were poor, and despite requesting a room with a view in advance, there was none. Overall, the hotel facilities were more like that of a 3-4 star establishment, and the treatment of guests felt impersonal and profit-driven.

The hotel provided hourly bus service and one receptionist, specifically a girl on duty on Friday, July 7th at 10am, went above and beyond to locate the bus driver when he couldn't be reached by phone. Special thanks to her for her exceptional assistance.

Due to Hajj season, the Bus shuttle service to Haram was not operational

The place is excellent location and is real value for money. The staff was very cooperative. Overall it is an excellent place to stay. Makkah Bus Service is very close and available 24 hrs a day.

A bit far from masjidil haram, need to take shuttle bus/taxi/uber to go there. Limited restaurant around the hotel.

The location - next to Aisha Al Rajhi Mosque. The room was clean, and comfort. Room service was very good with affordable price. Breakfast - variety choice of food ( of course it is middle east cuisine) but ok to us ( south east asian).

The bathroom was quite small. The room was not ready when we checked in. No housekeeping was done during our stay.
