From the moment we entered the taxi reception area entrance ( Greeted with Arabic coffee, dates ,cold water) my goodness how badly you need that after a long flight whoever came up with this idea is brilliant. It changes your whole mood, and that tiredness is half gone. Main Reception area: The staff is very welcoming and very helpful. ROOMS: FANTASTIC ROOMS and facilities. Location: the best, you go straight down to GF floor and direct to Haram. Porters are very helpful, and look after your luggage. Breakfast and Dining: very good and healthy choices. S2 floor: Masjid is an experience in itself. From top to bottom, the customer services are amazing.

EgyptAmazing Stay at Makkah Clock Royal Tower I had a wonderful stay at the Makkah Clock Royal Tower, a Fairmont Hotel. The location is perfect—just a few steps from the Haram. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and any time I needed something, they were quick to assist. The room was spacious, very clean, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah. It made my trip even more memorable.

The room is clean and spacious, we can have access to live prayers from Masjid Al Haram. The bathroom is elderly friendly, they provide shower chair in the bathroom and the sink is adjusted to be lower than the average. There’s prayer room located in S2 floor, where you can pray with the view of Masjid Al Haram. The hotel is connected to the mall right in front of the main gate of Masjid Al Haram

Went and took my family of 4 and parents. parents cannot walk much do the prayer room for zuhr and asr was a blessing as it was too busy to go into haram for everyprayer. Breakfast and dinner had amazing options. The price may be high but definately worth investing in to make your Umrah and salahs in haram easy. When booking just remember there is a differemce between Haram and ka'aba view as you will be charged extra for ka'aba view
