Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It’s was a good experience,but the cleaners need to put in more effort and also response of the staffs was a bit slow. You have to wait longer than usual for things to get done. Also food option on the menu’s very limited .

Mattresses were uncomfortable. The carpet needs washing.
It is my second time to come here with my family. Always good to see the entire staff. Excellent service and breakfast was very delicious as always. Thank you all once again, Bayan, Rahaf, Rashd, Bagdadi, Umar and Miraj. Best wishes Ahmad and family

Location is good with buses to Haram area. Staff were supportive Dislike: it seems that the hotel is worn out because of heavy usage after Ramadan. The room service didn’t clean the used tea cups

If you have patience to travel in the bus up and down, then ok. If not you ended up paying 50-80 riyal taxi while returning from haram.

Likes, excellent staff, huge rooms considering generally rooms hotels in Makkah are very small. Service was very prompt. Staff was very kind Cleanliness was one of the positives of the hotel. Good restaurants nearby and good areas for shopping. Although we were are not found of shopping on Umra trips but certainly good for people who like to. Excellent value for money The location was far away. We knew the hotel was 9km away but It took a lot more time to reach the property then what I estimated. Usually took more than 45 minutes in taxi. Could be due to extra ordinary rush this year The room service menu was very limited. One of the reasons for booking park inn was we wanted to order from hotel kitchens instead of waiting in long queues at the restaurants.

Toiletries should have been more proper. They also didn’t have bathrobes.
The room was spacious. The washroom was clean and the shower was great. The staff was very responsive. The cleaning crew worked very well. The shuttle service was good and on time.

But location is far from Haram .especially is ramadan its difficult to go Haram as roads are closed due to crowd. They have shuttle service but in ramadan bus drop you at khudai parking from where you have to take govt buss to go to haram
Everything is good clean and spacious room. Nice food variety and helpfull staff

Cleaning which need more focus specifically under the beds. I moved one by chance to pick something that fill down and discovered a lot of garbage.

The fact is that people smoke in the rooms next to you, and it comes through the bathroom vent for extraction.
Honestly, the fact that we got checked in quickly, and they were helpful. I had an issue within the bathroom within 20 minutes, I told them, and it was fixed. The staff are really nice and helpful

The shuttle transport service is RUBBISH BE READY TO PAY IN EXCESS OF 100 SAR PER DAY just to go haram and back, ie you have to change 2 buses (shuttle) to get to haram which can take in excess of 35/40 minutes to reach haram and or coming back to the hotel also they only have 1 bus which travels to and haram every hour, except 7:30 pm until 11:30pm between 7:30pm and 11:30pm there is no shuttle service to and from haram
The service and the property itself is good however if you’re looking to go to haram the transport shuttle service is RUBBISH !!!

Breakfast was mostly Arabic Cuisine and other items were not up-to the mark. Mentioned in the Booking.com when i booked that Transport is avail till Haram but actually transport was available to location where you to take another bus to reach Haram
