Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaNo hot water in our room. Broken toilet seats. Plug points that don’t work. The property is old and requires renovations. I took a plate out from a cupboard that was filthy. The room that we stayed in had not been occupied for a while, which left it with a stuffy smell and itchy linen. As shared, the owner is rude and unhelpful too. When discussing a matter regarding payment the owner proceeded to yell at us over the phone and advised that she’d reported us to the police for leaving without payment.
Raffa - the houseboy, was wonderful. He really did his best to provide our family with a great experience. The owner however is rude and unhelpful in many ways - which is a pity considering this is our first experience of the Seychelles. We won’t be returning to this accommodation, and would not recommend a stay here.

South Africawe asked for an early check in and was Tom’s it would be an extra 50euros - no problem. we had booked for a suit with a private balcony which came at a higher price point . however we get to something of a dump cottage - as follows - unkempt stairway leading up to the room. - bad smell/ odour - power not working - no tea /coffee etc - room not befitting a suit room not prepared for a stay at all
absolutely appalling with an owner who has no service etiquette at all. the only good was eve views and the service attitude from the Zambian 23 year old who is doing what he knows is best .

KazakhstanFirst of clearance, there were insects all over the room, cockroaches, lizards flies etc no hot water, weak wi fi connection, and when we checked in staff asked us to move for one day to another villa cause they had private event we were tired from flight we said yes for this, when we moved there we found that in first villa at least we had wife even though was weak in second villa no Wi-Fi connection at all, you can not cook your food, to use the kitchen you have to pay 20 euro per usage, in the evening you can not walk to the villa cause there is no light on the way there, you have to have a car. you can not sleep properly cause of the noise of cats around, didn’t like the stay it’s not worth the money I’ve payed to stay there
