It needs a bit renovation, the building is definitely a bit shabby, but that’s not something that makes it unusable for guests. But the kitchen is DIRTY. As long as you get takeaway and don’t cook, you will be fine. I mean, we did cook some food but we had to was everything before use and it still felt icky, nothing a good deep clean of the whole place wouldn’t fix. But there is a lit of restaurants around and great take-away options, so you can eat on budget even without cooking.

It was the cheapest one on Praslin so I got exactly what I expected. We had clean bed linen and towels every day, working air conditioning, running hot water, a garden with outdoor sitting. Overall, I think for the price that it costs, it was fine.

Furniture is quite old

Less than 5 minutes walk from all the services (bus stop shops, restaurants etc) Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower Rita was super friendly and very helpful

Kitchen can be updated a little bit. Wasn't any hot water in the kitchen, couldn't wash the grease off.

The location was perfect. Close to everything. The beach was beautiful.

Its a nice place just to sleep, it has facilities to hang your clothes so the dry and also to cook, also a nice terrace. I will not book it if I would spend a lot of time in it.

The internet connection is slow.

The host is excellent ...very knowledgeable about the island. She called a hotel on our behalf so that we could go to anse Georgette. She is really professional and nice to talk with. She made us feel like at home. A shared kitchen with all amenities could be used during our stay. The room had a ceiling fan and the air conditioning. A small car park is available for 2 small cars at the property

Needs an update. Bed linen could have been much fresher. Mattress worn out. Little privacy if in a garden room. Could hear our neighbours talking all night.( when do they sleep??? that was annoying)) All in all, reasonable value for a homestead. . But we just would have appreciated everything being fresher. As new residencies come on line standards will challenge. . Everything has to be clean. . . Everything in the communal area needed a good wash or replacing!! Many bulbs needed replacing as poor light in the garden rooms.

Lovely place (but maybe needs the owner to check it out now and then.) Very helpful, sweet lady looking after us. Nice stroll to the beach.

We booked a studio and were offered a room for 2 people with a shared kitchen (room listed at a lower price); We were shown a studio that looked bad, and later another that looked good but without air conditioning. The kitchen and the common living room did not have air conditioning (not being accustomed with the heat I could not use it). The decor consisted of an eclectic collection of objects of various ages. From our point of view, there would be an urgent need for a unitary redecoration made by a professional or at least by a person with an aesthetic sense.

The host was very nice and also the lady who manages; Close to the beach; Quiet place.

Only had one hob that worked so could only cook one thing at a time. They ask you to turn air on off during the day, (only 6pm to 9am aircon) this was challenging with a pregnant wife who had afternoon naps & myself who had bad rash from sun burn. Would be nice to have stayed cool.

spacious room with an outdoor kitchen. Additional outdoor shower. Very close to a beautiful beach and a bus stop. Close to the shop and restaurant. Overall a good option on Praslin Island. I think this side of the island is the prettiest. Best regards to a lovely lady named Rita
