We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SwitzerlandVery friendly and hospitable host, easily reachable, and very helpful with recommendations and suggestions on what to visit while on the island. The view from the apartment is breathtaking, and this is a perfect spot for early-birds or people that love sunrises! It was magnificent!!!

Turkeynothing!!! seniors advised to hire a car just because the road has quite a steep slope thru the property but it's not an issue for the minors and youngsters, no doubt!
pleasant stay thanks to Janine, Indra & Peter by all means. Peter assigned us a place with a splendid panorama. as for inside of the property; fully equipped kitchen with aids, a dining table with 4 chairs, 2 sofas, a queen size comfy mattress, a study desk and a large wardrobe, a tidy bathroom, in addition; a spacious balcony facing to the seaview as i mentioned above, once again thx much for everything.

Indra was a fabulous host, very responsive and thoughtful. Our morning arrival/evening departure flight fell outside the normal check-in/check-out times but Indra was very accommodating allowing us to arrive early and depart late. She gave some very useful tips on things to do and places to visit. The self-catering apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, there were plenty of shops a short car ride away. The shower water pressure was great, bed very comfortable, great place to relax. View was fabulous, would definitely stay there again.

Location is great as the bus stop is 5min walk to the house and you have a lovely view. Also some restaurants, a take away and shops are all 5-10min walk from the house. Peter was a lovely host and very kind on our arrival. Would highly recommend

SpainPeter was an excellent host! He was flexible with the check in and check out times. He waited for us to arrive to give us the keys and explain the apartment. It's one of four apartments in a small building with views of the ocean. There's a security gate to get/out and a small parking area. It's not far from the main road, but it's up a hill so you will definitely benefit from having a car. There are restaurants and a bus stop stop within walking distance but more convenient to drive. There's a small shop very close to get snacks/water. The apartment is spacious and clean. There's a lady who will make up the beds every day and change the sheets and towels every 2-3 days. The terrace overlooks the ocean. There's a big living room with a TV. WiFi worked well. Kitchen has just about everything you need. It's not far from the Takamaka distillery, Anse Royale beach and a number of supermarkets. Excellent value for the price.

GermanyNot really negative, but just as a hint from my experience: check twice if you already payed at booking time, otherwise you might have to pay in the apartment. No big thing, but you need to consider to be able to pay right there with credit card.
Peter is a very friendly host who was always there for answering our questions or helping us with something. Despite being a self-catering apartment, it got cleaned every day (except sunday). The view from the balcony is fantastic and the next bus stop can be reached easily by foot (although the way down from the apartment is quite steep;).
