We arrived at midnight, but it was no problem. A taxi was arranged for us , it was a 5-minute transfer, we were personally greeted in a happy manner and welcomed, even though we had a late arrival.

We didn’t feel total privacy as the blinds in the kitchen couldn’t go all the way down and we could see through the separating door with the next apartment and vice versa (just a curtain that was not totally closed)

Kitchen didn't seem very well stocked. Most cupboards were empty. Few teabags and a couple of coffee saches. Couldn't get the microwave to work. Felt like we had to make do a bit in that area but didn't detract from our stay.

The host Shirley was very accommodating with allowing us to relax in the garden prior to the room being cleaned due to our early arrival from the airport. Lovely apartment with nice garden area, not far from Airport on either bus or by car. Very happy. Ideally, you would have a car when staying here to give you access to the island, but busses run every 15 mins from bus stop outside. Shop over the road and also couple of minutes walk away to get basics. We both enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The location was a bit farther from restaurants than we had expected. The grocery store mentioned in the description only had limited supplies.

Cleaning was done only once in three days.

It was very spacious and comfortable. AC was working very fine. All furniture was as it is shown in the photos. All the utensils were provided for a family to cook on its own. TV was working and washing machine was also provided.

There were some communication issues, no instructions left on how to checkout. Had to check out early, had arranged to have a taxi service bring us to Airport but no one was around at 6am when we needed to leave, and no one ever arranged the taxi as they said they had done. However, Marcus at the property did come out of bed to assist us with getting a taxi last minute.

Check in was super easy. The villa was beautiful and comfortable, the AC worked well. The garden was gorgeous, and the view of the mountain was lovely. Supermarket across the street made it very convenient, as well as proximity to airport.

Not enough light. Smell from aroma sticks was too strong. You really need to get a clue how to switch on warm water in the shower

We stayed for 1 night before early flight from Seychelles. 10 min drive to the airport. Host was nice and recommended taxi for a good price. Apartment is very big with a private backyard, big, fully equipped kitchen

I stayed a short night before my flight back home. The house is located 15mn from the airport. The price is reasonable for such a huge and confortable space. The host welcomed me, explained to me all the details regarding my stay & early checkout and also helped me order some dinner. I felt welcomed and safe.

Nothing to do with the property itself but word to the wise - either get a taxi or make sure you get the right bus! Do not walk, even part of the way, as Mahe, and Seychelles overall, don t have sidewalks… you re walking on the street..

The host is a lovely lady that went the extra mile to ensure we are comfortable, gave us advice regarding the island and helped us order food as it was quite late. The place is very nice, clean, has a nice garden at the back where you can sit and enjoy a coffee or a meal. There is a kitchen that looked very well equipped although we didn’t use it as we only stayed there for one night.

The location is a bus ride away from Victoria but that’s not a big deal as the bus stop is 3 minutes walk way and they run every 15 minutes

A great apartment and a lovely host who went out of her way to help us with suggestions for the evening we were there and the next day. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. The apartment had its own courtyard garden that had a very calm vibe to it

We had a late night flight and booked the room to have a place to relax and shower before going to the airport. The host kindly let us check in early in the morning and was super friendly. The villa is strategically located close to both Victoria and the airport.

Friendly and helpful hosts. Great location as I wanted to have a short distance to the boat jetty. Easy communication with the team in advance for support with transport (airport pickup & drop to jetty). It was my second time and I’d come back happily for the same reasons.

Well a lot. First of all I liked how no one responded me at whatsapp during like probably an hour while I was trying to reach someone to check me in (spoiler: that never happened). After I arrived at the place there was not a single soul to meet me and check me in as well, I kept trying to call but vainly. The property look abandoned years ago, I guess I could find some sort of construction site and stay there for free instead of wasting time on this booking. Oh, I forgot! After I left this place and went somewhere else, I was charched 115 EUR for this booking, that were never refunded me back, and I guess never gonna be. Have fun at the Effie Mountain View coco villa! Or under the tree next to it.

Overall we found the appartement much draker than in the picture. The air conditionning was not working (so very hot) and as we did not have a car, it was far from restaurants and activities (even the guide lost one hour finding it !) So overall it did not match our expectations

Beautiful villa with a great garden full of exotic plants and flowers, A nice stone and wooden bed can be used for outdoor relaxation/ sleeping. Also beautiful view to the mountains. Spacious vila, very nicely decorated, big kitchen with all needed equipment. Great host and also a very helpful and nice man helper available anytime. Bus stops are very close to the villa.

The water pressure is low but that may be a Seychelles wide issue. There were also a lot of ants, but seeing the climate I wasn't too surprised about that. After we lived in the villa for about a week the ants lost interest and left. WiFi was on the slower side.

The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful. Any time I'd have a question or an issue they were able to help me out. Had an AC issue and they resolved it withing about 30 minutes. There's also a few convenience stores within a minute's walking distance and Victoria is a 10-15 minute drive away.
