A chill place with a chill host, that's what we came for. Thank you Owen for four fantastic days! Here you can be almost all by your own, but If you want to experience the area you can always jump on a bus just up on the street. It's about ten minutes ride to Beau Vallon.

The house needs some renovation. There are a few "gecos" small lizards in the house. They are not dangerous at all, but if you are a fraid of them, this is not a location for you

Very thin and bright curtains so in the morning is too bright in the room - we wanted kids to sleep and it was difficult due to the sunlight in the room. Rugs at the doors would help to avoid sand in the house. The host was not helpful, even lied about mosquitos (that there are none) and the next day we all found many bites on body

-There was construction noise on the side during the day time. -I would like to come back with the kids - BUT the kitchen needs update/or deep cleaning. -Bit dark inside in the evenings.

- THE BEACH, you are on the beach that is most of the time empty in the morning and evening and with 5-15 other persons during the day. It is clean (no seaweeds), with surrounding greenery, local small beach bar. The spacious terrace and the view was nice as well, free use of kayaks. With the car - 5min to Beau Vallon. Value for money for the size and location itself - I would come back.

The dish washer didn’t work and had a very bad smell. We told the owner on the first day but nothing happened. There are no private beaches in Seychelles, so that was misleading. And you cannot see the sunset from the apartment. It it really overpriced. Try Beau Vallon for better prices.

Excellent location and nice large terrace. Our chalet had working wash machine and tumbler.

The beach was absolutely beautiful and suited for snorkeling. I could see many fishes :) I liked the view from the terrace and the natural Chalet itself. The host was very helpful and friendly. A supermarket is very close by. The washing machine was very useful!

The fridge smelt a little and the worksurface behind the sink was being eated by insects.

Anse L'ilot is a real hidden gem of a location and the appartments excellent, if perhaps needing a bit of a small refresh in the kitchen. The local beach is 1 minute away and has excellent snorkelling and a superb little beach bar. It's handy for Beau Vallon and Victoria, but otherwise resatuarants are a drive away. Highly Recommended.

like many rent to tourists the interior/house is a bit run down. seems to be that maintenance is not a top priority. I always compare price vs standard and this was our most expensive housing on the trip and I expect more, why have a dishwasher if there is so few glasses, cups, plates and forks etc. Great bathroom in our flat

AAA location with 8 people on average on the entire beach, very nice beach and secluded. Nice patio.

Almost all the equipment and furniture in the accommodation is pretty old, it needs renovation. The kitchenware was dirty.

The apartment is very spacious with a big, lovely terrace looking straight at the sea.

This is our fifth rented place in Seychelles, different locations. The price is not adequate for the service. Most of the equipment in the apartment is worn out or does not work. When we entered the door, we had the feeling that everything was dirty, we couldn't see through the windows, our feet were sticking to the floor (we understand that this is possible from the proximity of sea water and wind, as well as possible from palm oil), but when we entered the door, at first we wanted to see at least through windows and not feel dirt in the kitchen. We spent six nights in this place. Will we recover, I think not. I believe that it is necessary to invest only a very small part of the income from what the owner earns in order to restore and maintain the service at an adequate price. We wish him success.

Nice view from the terrace, Large terrace, Interesting project for an apartment. Nice beaches in the area with big waves and also with small ones suitable for children. We found in the neighborhood what we expected from Seychelles.

Wonderful amenities, extremely friendly and helpful – truly a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a tranquil, green, and relaxing retreat on Mahé Island. In our opinion, staying here has been a much more desirable experience than comparable luxury hotels.

The kitchen is very well equipped with appliances but the crockery was very limited (e.g. only a couple of glasses and plates).

The location of the apartment is really splendid. The chalet is spacious and has a very nice balcony with view over the beach. There is a small supermarket nearby as well as a bus stop and a restaurant (part of the Bliss hotel). The owner is very responsive and offered an excellent barbecue on our last day.

Kitchen items were not really well washed, but this is because of the former occupants.

Amazing location, huge balcony just facing the sea. Only 4 appartements in 2 chalets. You have the beach only for you on early morning and evening for sunset. Do not forget you snorkeling equipment, indeed, there is magnificent underwater life to observe on both side of the beach. Also Owen, the owner is a great person. He gave us a free lift to the harbor in Victoria at the end of our stay. This place is a paradise!
