Location is a bit far from the central area and the road is steep. There is construction in progress but workers don't make noise if guests are in the hotel.

The best thing were the girls from the reception,so polite,simply excellent! The room was beautiful,mountains view,the breakfast was very good,really good value for the money. It is a little bit uphill,so take that in your mind. Close to the grand Anse beach which we found the best in the island. I defended recommend this place

I will start first with the staff. These guys ( Hamisha, Natalie and Giovanni the Chef) are gorgeous. They made our holiday even more pleasant then we expected. If you are into testing local food, fresh and well cooked by Chef Giovanni then you can choose half board. It worths it. Then, the location. You are in the middle of the jungle. You can hear every morning the sounds of those little birds. It’s so nice. You can rent a bike and go around the island to see amazing beaches. P.S for us Anse Cocos was the best.

The hotel is undergoing construction, they mainly do it during the day when you're out so it didn't bother us too much.

The view is great, the rooms perfectly clean, the breakfast is nice, and most importantly the staff is so kind! Hamisha was there to make our every day and help with whatever we needed. Thank you Ham!

Its a nice boutique hotel on the hill, very clean and with nice staff. Rooms are facing jungle, you can hear the sounds of nature and lots of green. Big rooms with balcony, we had a great time.

Yes, it is at the peak of the hill so the last 200 m by foot or by bike is a bit of a struggle but otherwise it would be too simple and too boring :)

Very spacious family room with one king bed and one single bed, good AC, breakfast is enough: eggs and coffee of your choice prepared for you, porridge, toasts, flakes, fruit and cake. Of course missing veggies and cheese and ham are very simple but if you expect 5 star breakfast go to 5 star resort. In general food options in Seychelles is specific. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bikes at 120 SCR per bike/day at Chloe’s 200 m down the road

I would recommend the Mountain View Hotel. The hosts are amazing and make you feel comfortable and welcome. The rooms are kept clean to a high standard and I will definitely be returning for another stay next year.

Encountered a problem with safety deposit…. Slopes up and down a bit steep for a 60-year old with a new pacemaker…😉

Hotel must be somehow new in a good location near the best beaches. Quiet surroundings and must be the accomodation with best view on the island - although not overlooking the sea. Fruitbats and birdlife including the endemic paradise flycatcher visible from balcony.

Flavy Natalie and Fiona made our stay perfect. Very kind staff. We stayed there for 9 nights in October 2023. Very quiet hotel up on a hillside. They ordered bikes for us and we cycled around the island every where possible. Love this island. Totally different than Norway We had half board. Perfect for us When we go back, we will definitely stay in the same Hotel Eric and Jannie from 🇳🇴

Limited loungers by the pool (but they have made the best with what limited space they have) Breakfast was made to order but the it’s you help yourself to we’re always limited, but I’m sure would be topped up if requested do no problem. No real negatives as it was amazing.

Best hotel on the island. The staff made me smile everyday, especially Flaby, what a guy! And Fiona was so caring. Rooms are huge and stunning views over the mountains, you are on the trees. Breakfast was made to order omelettes. Evening food was nice. Bike hire was from hotel down the hill. Can walk to l’union estate in 15 mins and town centre in about 30 mins. Pool was amazing like infinity pool They s tried to make best of the space.

The cleaness of the bathroom in particular, could be on a higher level. There is a damp smell in the bathroom. Not the most modern hotel.

The strongest side of the hotel is the staff. Always on service, and with a smile. The food itself was excellent, even though there are not many options. Nice, quiet location in the hills, that offers a little bit cooler nights.

Location on the hill, but not very high. For adults its easy enough to get up to the hill. But for children it's a little bit difficult.
