We had the one bedroom apartment mountain view on the first floor in the annex building which is super well studied, has great fittings and furniture and offers comfortable space for spending a week of holidays in two. The kitchen is well equipped so that we had breakfast and cooked lunch and dinners on our own, but we could not resist pampering us two times with Chef Amida's delicious creole dishes which were so tasty to die for. Vicky and her team supported us whenever we had questions or were in the need to book a taxi or an excursion. The position is fantastic not only for the beach, but as well restaurants, snack places and grocery shopping are nearby. We hope, we will be back soon!

This place cannot be described in words, it must be visited and experienced. Incredible attention to detail, superb atmosphere and service, a very kind woman who is the owner and a great manager who will help you with anything you need - car rental, transfer or excursion. Great landscape - palm trees and rare plants in the garden, private beach area ... and most importantly ... each apartment is steps away from the sea

The property manager wasn't super friendly and didn't want to initially provide a solution when she casually informed us we wouldn't have hot water to shower with during our stay. We had to press her to speak to the property owner and provide a solution. The "Luxury" larger apartment we were upgraded to is quite dated, booking one of the smaller ones is a way better option as they are a lot cheaper and a lot more modern and more recently upgraded from what it seemed at the time. No baggage storing facilities..

Vicky the owner is lovely and accommodating. We met her a few times and had a lovely chat with her. The apartment we had initially booked had no hot water due to an issue at the time so she upgraded us to one of the larger luxury apartments facing the waterfront for no extra charge. Location is amazing right on Beau Valon beach. Gated property which provided some sense of safety. The apartment was also quite spacious.

We loved absolutely everything! It's a perfect location - literally 10 steps away from the beach, and close to cafes/takeaways and a few supermarkets. The property is very well maintained, and has a beautiful garden and a small pool for those who want to relax and hide from the sun for a bit. The apartment was.super clean, modern and SO spacious! We were there with a very active toddler and had to stay home when it was raining and I simply can't imagine doing it in a typical 20sqm hotel room! The hostess and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Before we even thought of asking for something - they would offer/bring it to us. 10 out of 10. 100% recommended, particularly for those who travel with kids. We are hoping to be back done day :)

The apartment has a great location and is well maintained and equipped. We stayed in the luxury beach front apartment. The garden is dreamy. Vicky and her staff are exceptionally nice and welcoming. We felt supported at all times. We had the best time and want to come back!

A few little things would help to bring the place to 10 out of 10, such as a few tea filters in different flavours, coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets, a small basket of fruits, or a welcoming refresher—only small touches.

The location is excellent. You have all the restaurants, and the beach is just a few steps away. There are sunbeds that you can use, which is a big plus. The apartment with a sea view is fabulous. The garden is well-kept, very pretty and relaxing. You can sit there and read your book or talk. The humidity feels less intense on that side.

The beach of the Beau Vallon is good for relaxing days near the accommodation, but it is not the best beach in the Seychelles for us. But it is a good starting position for trips around the island too. The lively promenade during the day along the water became empty and full of strange local people after 10 p.m., so we did not feel very safe here outside. They shouted various unpleasant (sexist) things at us when we were returning from the restaurant after this hour. But the area of apartments locks the gate from this side after 6 p.m.

New, nice, modern furnished apartment and very well equipped. There is washing maching, iron and grill space outside. The owner Victoria and her daughter are nice, still smiling, talkative, and helpful. Surrounding the Beau Vallon provides all amenities (restaurants, takeaways, bars, local fresh fruit and vegetable market, supermarkets, and all services what you need during your stay).
