What was not good though is that we were asked to pay extra for a child after the reservation confirmation, while when reserving the child had been selected and room booked accordingly. So just a poor customer experience with an online booking.”
“The apartment felt nice and well equipped. The bathroom and storage opportunities are very spacious. Everything seemed clean. The view (from the 7th floor) over the city was great and even though you can see the airport, you hardly ever hear it due to the good soundproofing.
Even though the place doesn't have a reception, you feel overall cared for as they provide contact details for every eventuality – but I didn’t end up needing it as everything was in order!”
