Sometimes it was a bit noisy from the hallway but it was okay. The heating system was a bit slow which was not so nice when the room was cold.

We really loved the location and the rooms were super nice! Breakfast was also great! We enjoyed our time there a lot!

Literally nothing. It was amazing!

It's a beautiful hotel in a great location! The bathroom floor was HEATED. I've never experienced that in a hotel, and it was an awesome surprise. The hotel had a personalized message on the TV for us which was a lovely touch. The sauna and gym was so so nice. Breakfast was INCREDIBLE. Just an incredible hotel!!!

Room was small with no wi-fi. New room was better, but stuffy with all windows locked. Had to ask for a key to unlock windows to breath. Tea/coffee/milk in room not always replaced. Had to ask for these, but only Earl Grey tea provided.

Accessing the gym was a bit confusing. Understand it’s in a different building, but maybe easier access would be an option.

It wasn't clear how to control the heat. In our room, the shower would leak under door a bit (seal not tight), and phone not working. They offered a different room, but we preferred to stay settled in our room and manage.

Breakfast was best selection we've ever had at a hotel! Room was lovely, comfortable and view. Staff was always patient and helpful (and multilingual) with many questions being new to Sweden. The location was excellent - convenient to local trains, shopping, restaurants, and Arlanda Express to airport. Room was surprisingly quiet even with the many rooms on the floor.

Room was smaller than expected. Radiator was not working so asked for something to heat the room up. Had to ask twice before it was actually done. Not sure why they asked what time we wanted breakfast as there was none to check you in as a consequence we had to sit on a bar stool!

Location was perfect, close to metro and main station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful

Breakfast at weekends was very busy so you had to pick an hour slot and sit where you could but it is a popular hotel I guess so is busy.

Fantastic location virtually opposite where the Arlanda express comes and goes. Right next to metro but walkable to old town and all shops etc
