We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SpainThe room location was superb overlooking the old Chapman Boat hostel where I actually stayed once in 1991 or 1992. The view was spectacular at least to me. Very calm and quiet surroundings. Super friendly staff. Very clean and tidy The room I stayed at was spacious and I liked the placement of the bunk beds providing some extra distance from your room mates. I didn't have the breakfast so *I can't comment on it, but when I left in the morning it looked greatt.

United StatesThis is not a social hostel. There were a few other people in the shared dorm room, but no one spoke to each other. It would be great if the hostel organized some activities for travelers who would like to meet other travelers and socialize a bit. Some of the staff members were very nice and friendly, but some other staff members were not friendly at all.
The location was easy to get to, and very quiet and peaceful and comfortable. The place was very clean and well maintained; the room was clean and comfortable and warm; the bathrooms were always clean, and the kitchen was nice to have access to. Everything felt very safe and secure.

PolandThe breakfast was ... let's say, humble. Honestly, I don't remember when last time I saw such a poor choice. Of course I won't complain on shared bathroom, cause I selected this option intentionally to get the good price. But one more thing worth mentioning - there were just 3 really small shelfs where you can put your closes and other things... in a room for 2-3 persons.
The location is great. We were able to walk relatively quickly to any place in the central part of the city. The room wasn't big, with 2-level beds. And there was no private bathroom. But on the other hand, the price was quite good.

LatviaLocation, view from the window and place it self was excellent. Would stay there 100% again if visiting Stockholm again. Location is approx 1km from city center, but very quiet and feels almost remote if when you walk around the island. Also there is a place to leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out, which is very convenient.

Excellent location (quiet, near middle of city and main attractions, peaceful area, lovely views over water and towards Royal Palace. Building in good condition. Breakfast very good range and amounts. Bedroom had everything expected and necessary. Toilets and shower rooms always clean and near to room. Staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again on next trip to Stockholm.

Sri LankaOnly downside is there are only limited number of showers and toiltes per floor. When it's fully booked i do not think that would be sufficient. Luckily, i didn't face any trouble as I travelled off-seaaon.
The location is perfect. It's close to many of attractions in the city. Everything is at walking distance. Rooms were clean and well maintained. I got a new set of bedding when check in and the staff was friendly and warmly welcomed me. The bed was comfortable for a fine a sleep. Washrooms were clean and had hot water. This place is worth for the money and i would recommend.

Clean cozy perfect place to stay. Staff especially Paul is kind and helpful. Pictures shown in the ad represent the reality. Location is marvelous, a nice 15 minute walk to the old city, and you can see the old city Gamla Stan through the window from your room. In addition in front of the hotel the "af Chapman" glorious ship was anchored, which is like a fairy tale. I would definitely stay here if I went Stockholm again.

beautiful & cozy location, close to the centre so well connected with public transportation (8min walk to nearest station though) nice to be able to book a room privately as a group friendly & helpful staff the sink in the room is great! we recommend taking the Pendelbåt to Gamla Stan!
