It's located in a isolated part of town, so not much to do if you just want to step out and take a walk. But if you want to want to visit a sport event in one of the nearby stadiums you'll be at just the right place.

The overall experience was extremely smooth. All the instructions, I received them well in advance allowing me to prepare accordingly. Even in the property, everything was clearly marked and I was properly guided to have the best possible experience.

I had to call the 24/7 service as there was a mistake and I was given the wrong codes in the information email. I could get in the building but I could not enter the flat with the code in the email. When I called I was told there was an error in the original email. This was a bit stressful as it was late at night but luckily the 24/7 call service helped me out with new codes.

I discovered quite late in my stay that the apartment door didn't actually lock; it was too late for me to be bothered to do anything about it. The toilet cistern leaked slightly when you flushed. It's a bit further out than I expected, but was fine once I figured out the bus. The address for anyone searching this on Google Maps is "Apartdirect Linkoping". I originally put in the street address which I got in a text from the hosts and ended up at an anonymous round about surrounded by fields and car showrooms quite a way from the apartment.

Plenty of space. Nice and quiet. Quite well equipped.

There were no filters for coffee machine. They give answers in chat once in two days or never

There should be clear signs or numbers instead of having to walk up to the door and see oh I must be the other side, better instructions before arrival would be much appreciated I think for the next customers

The shower temperature handle being loose so I can just remove it. Two single beds that kept separating. The parking availability. The picture being deceiving, showed an oven, but to our surprise there was non.

The heating system is not working and it was very difficult to close my door.

There is no recepyion. The stuff doesn't communicate via booking's website or app. They correspond through email and their own web resource only in Swedish. It is absolutely awful and uncomfortable.

The sofa bed was not so comfortable, but it was ok for one night.

It was a good usage of a small place. Also equipped with the basics for the kitchen. A nice view!

Our tv, it could not connect with formcast. When we try to connect are room didn't show on the tablets/TV. We had room 5510. The closest room who showed up was 5511 and we try to connect with every room but it doesn't connect at all

It was a very hot day and there was no air-conditioning and no fan.

It was clean and spacious. There was a washing machine with drying combo machine and plenty of hangers. Nice open view and we had a room on the 5th floor. It’s unmanned. We received the door codes well in advance. No restrictions on what time we arrived.

The pillows was very thin, it was a bit moist and warm inside during our stay in July also

We really liked the automated way of checking out and everything else was just automated with codes for the doors and such. We got a cool view of the soccer stadium too!

The price, location and room was very good and had pretty much everything we needed. Free parking outside, and otherwise very cheap parking just a short walk away. The room was clean and decently sized.

Quite far from the city centre if you are on foot, although the no 13 bus goes from the station to the arena. Cleanliness was just about okay - kitchen stuff could do with a better clean. Sofa bed was very squeaky. No air con and windows only open a little so it was quite hot at night.

The apartment was roomy, and had everything we needed for an emergency, unplanned stay. The low/competitive price outweighed the negatives.

They are not flexible at all with the bookings. Tried to change the date to another date that was totally possible but they still refused. They prioritise money over the guest's comfort.

The sofa bed was not comfortable (very hard and I could feel the strings. A thicker mattress or a better quality sofa would be great).

The location is not particularly convenient, although it is served by one bus. There is no staff present. It is not well indicated in the area which apartments are located on which side of the building (which is pretty large).

It's very good value for money. Clean place, fully equipped.
