All good after room change

Friendly and efficient staff who were very helpful. My reserved room was very, very small. I should have read room size carefully when I booked. The single bed was the length of the room, the width half that and a minuscule ensuite. Reception moved me to a bigger room without an issue. GREAT. Good breakfast, but get in early. Location excellent, and easy walking distances to restaurants and central bus and train stations. .

I missed Muslim shower in the toilet.It think it will be a good addition for the Muslim clients.Breakfast was delicious but sitting area needs expansion

Very good in this price.Location is in central area, tram bus stop are close to the property.Muslims community center is at walking distance. All the staff members were very professional and helping but Malina was an exception.I found Malina intelligent, hard working, knowledgeable, full of energy and always ready to help others.Overall it was a great experience staying in the hotel

Air conditioning was weak at best but with the fan the staff gave me it was comfortable, breakfast could have had some labels mainly on drinks and jams so you know what’s what.

The shower. When showering the water would go all over the bathroom floor since there was nothing separating the shower floor from the rest of the bathroom floor.

I enjoyed my stay at Birka Hotel. It is centrally located. The metro station is 1 minute away, close by the city centre, walking distance to almost everywhere (if you’re a walker), and 15 minutes walking distance from the central station. Fast check in and check out process. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was served in a small restaurant and rather decent.

The location was good, close to restaurants and shops also a short taxi ride to central train station. The tourist bus stop is a short walk from the hotel. The staff were very helpful & friendly. We had a wonderful stay. We would stay there again on our next visit to Stockholm .

Tiny room, not a minimal table inside. They closed the tables room after breakfast. Otherwise it could be used to work with s laptop. Not good for nomad workers.

The bathroom was super small and congested like your knees hit the sink when you're on the toilet. Just a small thing though and wouldn't put me off staying here again

Pleasantly surprised by the wonderful stay I've just had at Birka Hotel. Room was basic but spotlessly clean with super comfortable bed. Despite facing the street, it was also super quiet and I slept really well there. Breakfast was included in my rate and it too was nice. Staff very friendly and helpful with booking taxis etc... I would definitely stay there again.

The hallway was stinky. The shower was too close to the toilet. Our room had no windows, but it’s okay while staying there for a short time and darkness let us sleep like babies.

The hotel is in a good location within walking distance from central station. They have luggage store where you can leave your baggage after check-out. Breakfast was really nice, wide choice of products. Hotel staff was kind and helpful, especially Joelle did her best to make our stay pleasant.
