We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SpainThe hotel was overall great and good value for money. however our room was very small (we had no problem with it) but just keep in mind if you bring an oversize luggage. Checked out early and nobody was there at the receptionist but there was a sign for key drop, so we just dropped our room’s key there.
The location was great, really close to the metro station that connects to T-Centralen Metro Station. Hotel was also close to supermarkets and restaurants. Clean, comfortable, nice receptionist. Free wifi and with quite fast connection.

FinlandThis was the smallest room, I have ever stayed in. It was more like a cell, felt very claustrophobic. There was no space to even open the suitcase. There was no air-conditioning in the room, and immediately it got hot and stuffy. The tiny window, up in the ceiling, did not open either. The room was rather dark as well. All together, I had 3 hard nights. If you want to just sleep over, maybe you can make it. Do not recommend it for any longer stay.

The breakfast was good and the hotel was just perfect. the only thing was that we were there for a week and we could have done with a little more storage for our clothes. But that was our only grumble. The location is perfect, just a 12 min walk from the station and in a really good location to everything. It's only a 25 mins stroll to the old town and has a really good bus and underground close by. I would highly recommend it.

The hotel is in a good location close to public transport and many shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet.
