Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

North MacedoniaPlace is very good.. very good organised.. clean.. Room is small but good.. No wardrobes, it s a bit unpleasant.. not opening window, but fantastic ventilation. Food is included all day.. It is good it is choice but same food 2 days.. breacfast same, dinner bit difference.. also is Fika(cake with coffee tea).. very good.. Coffee and tea avaliable always for free.. The only not good thing is that they let you wait until 3pm to check in( they let us 2pm we arrived about 11am).. and you have to chack out until 11am.. But that is mistake in the rules not just here but everywhere in global.... They should be forbiden by law to sell a day 20 hours, not 24.. However.. Stay was Perfect!!! And again.. Very well organised place.. Thank you

TurkeyThe hotel is 3 stops away from the Sulussen station, but the bus stop is a bit far as there are roadworks all around Stockholm. So the location is not very recommendable.
I definitely recommend it in terms of price performance. It has clean spacious rooms and a very nice reception area. You feel at home. The breakfast is excellent and the dinner is not bad. There is always tea and coffee. There is even a Fika hour between 3 and 5. This hotel has a warm and nice atmosphere. I recommend it to everyone.

United KingdomIt was good nothing bad.
The hotel is great. It’s out of town in Sickla which is a delightful suburb. Half board food included which was excellent. Really good variety of options and tasty. Tea and coffee available all day and afternoon tea if you happen to be there at that time of day. Tram stop very close takes about 40 mins to get to the central station with a change on to the metro but simple enough. The room was big great bright window good bathroom little bit of limescale on the shower but super clean. Overall a great place to stay if you don’t mind travelling into town.

GreeceThe lobby of this hotel is huge. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner there, and could also stay for a cup of coffee or tea anytime. The staff were also very friendly. The property was far from the center; we needed a bus to reach it.

TurkeyI couldn’t understand why AC in the room was that problematic, which means the room was a bit cooler than our comfort standards. Do I stay at again? Yes. But I wish it could have been a bit warmer.
Clean hotel. The staff was kind. Breakfast was perfect, dinner was good as well. Location is not that big problem while there is Bolt.

Sweden- one big towel in the room while we were 2 persons - no daily cleaning , you should ask an inquiry - no telephone device at room , for calling the receptionist, you have to use your own mobile to call the hotel’s number. For us was ok but for a guest with an international number, is very costly. - breakfast is the same everyday no any other foods , and fruits are just orange and Mellon , good to provide some apples and bananas too. - below dry was not working if it’s getting warm , good to have yours.
This modern and stylish hotel is located in the middle of Nacka. There is a cinema, library and restaurant in the Sickla shopping centre next door. The centre is a 10-15 minute drive. The hotel's own parking is 255 kronor and the nearby public glass cylindrical car park is free for three hours and then charges 20 kronor every half hour (200 kronor per day). But if you park on the back street of the square nearby, it's 10 kronor per hour from 8am to 6pm and free the rest of the time. It's very cheap, just a bit of a walk. (Code 8905), excellent breakfast with a variety of healthy foods, dinner was more Swedish style but healthy and tasty. The room was quiet and clean. There is an iron and hairdryer in the room. The mattress was comfortable.Gym was ok and we could do our daily exercises. Staff are polite and friendly. Vibes are great at nights , some birthday feasts👌 . There are some comfortable sofa to relax and work tables for work with free coffee and tea in the reception area. Dogs are allowed. We definitely will come back again.

NetherlandsOne downside, however, was that the windows in the room could not be opened, which made ventilation somewhat limited.
I had a very pleasant stay at Tapetfabriken in Stockholm. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, providing professional and attentive service throughout my visit. Our hotel room was very well maintained—clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet area, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast and dinner were also well provided, offering a great selection of fresh and tasty options. The quality of the food and the variety available made both meals enjoyable and convenient. My experience at Tapetfabriken was excellent, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-run hotel in Stockholm.

The first floor got so many beautiful and comfortable zones to relax and chill out. The surprise was that a lot of things was included, like coffee and dinner.
