There were a couple of things broken in the room which should really have been addressed.

Nice hotel in a great area with easy access to public transport. The staff are helpful, it has a nice little gym and was generally good value for money since it included breakfast and an evening meal.

Location. If I returned to Stockholm I would look for somewhere closer to GamlaStan.

This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. The staff were more than friendly and accommodating. The food served for breakfast and dinner was very lovely. we were able to check in early, which took a lot of stress away from us and extended our travels. The room was very clean and organized with a very nice shower. The hotel is also located next to a mall which is very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody and if I shall return to Stockholm, I will stay here again.

Excellent hotel with good location near Stockholm, very friendly staff and excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner offer in restaurant. Tea & coffee offer during whole day was a standard. We were very satisfied :-)

The Hotel is modern, super well decorated, clean and food was great as you have plenty of options for your breakfast. The Room had a minimal & Scandinavian style, with comfy beds, nice and wide TV screen. The toilets have Rituals products handwasher and shower, smelling amazingly)) this is definitely a bonus. The Staff are just super friendly and caring, always making sure if you are happy and needing anything, Elias was at the reception and he is a great host! The Hotel's locations is about 2-3km from the city center, so it's about a 1 hour walk. On the way you can stop at the Fotografiska Museum which I recommend as a must go. There is also a nice path to the Nacka strand where you can walk next to the river and feel the scent of the pine trees. From there you can pick a boat that will stop in different islands and drop you in town not far from Gamla Stan. Overall my experience was amazing, I loved it!

It would have been nice to have a choice for the evening meal. The location was not ideal but was near a bus route. A range of coffees is a good idea. The coffee in the current machines was dreadful. People like lattes etc, these days.

The breakfast was very good as there was an excellent selection. It would be improved by having a coffee machine that offered different types of coffee. This is pretty standard in most hotels now.

A fridge is necessary in the rooms. Also there is no extra heating up from the 21 degrees, which may be problematic for the winter for northern people. What i didnt like also is the fact that you cannot open a window in the room to breathe some clean air.

Nothing not to like;everything was exceptional;I would rate this hotel as a very high standard 4 Star Hotel and considering it included Half Board with Afternoon Fika which is hot drink with pastry/sweet thus breakfast,fika and evening meal;this is exceptional value for money whereas comparatively city centre 4 to 5 Star Hotels on a breakfast only basis were around £300 to £ 500 more expensive for a 6 night stay from 25th April to 1st May.Thus I am very happy with everything.

I really enjoyed very much staying at this wonderful hotel;this is the best 4 Star Hotel I've stayed in Europe and I have stayed over a dozen hotels in regards to this;taking all things into consideration;all the staff were exceptional especially reception and restaurant staff;the food was very high quality and varied as well as access to high quality hot drinks in restaurant area from around 5am to 11pm every day;the room was very high grade and beds super comfy;nothing was too much bother and the staff went out of their way to ensure your stay was exceptional.The location is around 3 miles south east of the city centre however there is a regular bus service that will get you to the metro network and the journey from nearest bus stop to city centre takes approx 30 mins or so;thus very accessible and well served by the public network;the nearest bus stop from the hotel is less than a 5 min walk away.All in all;a wonderful stay at this marvellous hotel.I will be staying here for sure on future visits to Stockholm,Sweden.

Far more trendy and artistic than functional or convenient: The windows can't be opened. There is no wardrobe/ closet, not even a shelf. There is no door/curtain on the shower, so the tiny bathroom becomes full wet during/ after a shower. ( So the spouse shouldn't be dressed until the other finished and mess is cleaned. Don't even think about getting ready together inside.) There are no kids' channel. No kids' menu. There are no curtains. The shaders are closing /opening automatic. It's just weird that one can't have a breath of fresh air when they want or must watch (or being watched) by the neighbor kids while in the room. I understand they consider this all-automatic-stuff convenient, but for me convenience means I breathe and see when and how I want to breathe and see, not as some central system calculates. And living from your luggage for the whole time is far from convenience.

Bar prices are expensive . The dinner was limited and unusual . Were used to a different meal plan .

The bar , lounge and restaurant are cosy . Fika was a surprised treat . The staff were very nice . The floor staff were so friendly and spoke to us when we had a question .

One of the best hotels by far. Modern, quiet and relaxed. The staff were beyond our expectations, kind, friendly, and helpful. We have arrived quite late and missed dinner, and we were offered a delicious meal nonetheless. The food was amazing, excellent breakfast with plenty of options for every taste, and a very delicous dinner. The room was really nice and the bed was comfortable. Even though the hotel is located a bit further away from the city centre, the main attractions can be reached in approximately 15 min. via public transportation. Overall, we had the best time!

The discrete running of the hotel. The staff really take a pride in their jobs. The food was amazing and well presented. Very helpful staff beyond expectation. There is a really good atmosphere in the lounges and open plan seating areas.
