All in all, the perfect hotel for a short trip to Stockholm.The food buffet was small, but the taste was excellent.

Clean and spacious room. Dinner was included - it was a great deal. Both breakfast and dinner came with a wide variety of food to choose. Dining/open common area on the ground floor was so spacious and comfortable. It was not so far from the hotel to the city center - about 10-15 mins to Slussen from the hotel by bus and then just one stop to Gamla Stan by metro. This was my second stay within 10 months. One of staff (probably a manager) still remembered me.

Very comfortable and clean hotel with half board and fika (tea/coffee with pastry from 3 to 5 p.m.). Families with children will like it very much. The hotel is pretty new and modern, located in calm neighbourhood, the choice of meals during breakfast and dinner is great: a lot of vegetables/fruit and salads, both meat-lover and vegetarian options are available. Just opposite there is a shopping center and public playground. The bus stop is just in about 300-400m. We took bus No. 401 to get to the Gamla Stan using SL card (worth using it as it is suitable for all types of public transport including ferries). We fell in love with Stockholm and Clarion chain hotels and are looking forward to returning to Stockholm.

Four a four-star hotel, there could’ve been some more amenities, such as dressing gowns and slippers available. Also, ground floor felt perhaps a little too open-plan for my liking. I understand why there wasn’t one but would’ve quite liked to have a kettle in the room.

Nice room with a good-sized bed and plenty of space, situated close to good public transport links as well as a shopping centre with places to eat available, small gym available for use, great breakfasts and afternoon tea, dinner pretty good, too and all included as standard. I also really liked the hotel bar. Reasonably priced.

It is hard to find anything that we didn't like or had problems with.

A buffet breakfast awaited us every morning with a very large choice with friendly and smiling staff. The area was quiet and everything you needed was just a few minutes away. (shops, bus stop etc.) The room was completely up to our expectations, everything was set up and clean. The bed mattress was extremely comfortable. Dinner consisted of a soup, main course, lots of vegetables, side dishes and dressings which was delicious every day. The staff were very nice and helpful with everything.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and had a nice design. The breakfast was very good. The atmosphere after the dinner is really cozy and everyone is relaxed. The location is good, between 20 and 30 minutes from the city centre by public transport.

The cleanness of the room could be improved: we found some hair in the shower from the previous guests.

The hotel is fantastic value for money. Great breakfast and dinner, with ample choices. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.

I was sad to leave such a comforatable place where I could rest, meet other guests and sightsee a little in Stockholm. I was also sad to leave Stockholm and Sweden. I was very impressed with the Nobel Museum, the Vasa museum and the friendlyness of the staff.

The Clarion Collection hotels are exceptional for many reasons. First they include a very healthy, delicious and varied breakfast and dinner, which makes the price of the hotel extremely reasonable. They also includ a daily mid/afternoon snack and tea service for their guests which makes staying in the hotel a very cosy and comforable experience. The best part of this hotel were their staff. They were all very helpful, kind, generous and professional. I especially want to thank the manager Elias for allowing me to have an extended stay so that I could rest. Lotta waa always kind and helpful. I want to thank Jonas for giving me a loaf of home/made bread as a gift. The hotel has a very comfortable lobby, large bedrooms with very comforagble mattresses. The location is great as it is located only three stops from the city center by a conveniently located bus. The hotel is also located in a nice neighborhood with a shopping center, movie theater and several small restaurants. I would definitely recommend going back to this hotel in the future and telling my friends how well I was treated. It was a pleasure being back in Stockholm.

In the bedroom, one pillow is too low and two pillows are too high so I had to arrange them to sleep properly but this is a very small point.

The only thing that we were not used to is that the maids will only clean the room if you request it. They have a policy of not cleaning the room if the guests are staying more than one nigh, however if you need any supplies such as towels, soap, etc, you can ask and they will provide. Not necessarily an inconvenience.

The property is extremely well located, you can get by bus in under 15 minutes in the center of the city. It is modern, clean, food is great and more importantly everyone is kind and willing to help at any time. Also, the room has an iron!!! 10/10

Everything was great aside from that there was not enough storage for the clothes in the room. Our room was located in-front of a classroom. Other than that it was fine.

Its a convenient location. There’s restaurants, cinema, groceries, hairdressers and shops near by (approx.5 mins walking). It is 45 minutes away from ARN Stockholm Airport.
