Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The breakfast was delicious, but was way too crowded. Not enough room for all guests.
The sauna and swimming pool are great. Nice comfortable rooms.

Bad soundproofing in the room. We had booked room with a double bed but got twin beds instead. No view. Description read that the room would have parquet floor but it had floor carpeting instead. “Coffee maker” was a water boiler and instant coffee.
Superior king room was spacious and clean. Bathroom nice and big. Breakfast comprehensive. Convenient location; easy to reach from E4.

A bit messy during breakfast. The scrambled eggs were too wet. Both pool and sauna could be warmer.
Supercorny bed. Good blackout-curtains. Fresh and large bathroom. SUPERFRIENDLY STAFF. So so so nice. Bonus with the pool and sauna, great way to cram the last energy from our 3yo!

The room was a standard small. They didn't want to give us a bigger room because we were not a family of 4 😞 There is no mini fridge in the room, no iron & board, no safe to keep your things.
We stayed at the Clarion for 3 days & 4 nights as a family of 3. The breakfast had a decent number of options (eggs, sausages, meatballs, beans, pancakes, cheese, bread, fruits and a variety of drinks including coffee. It was all inclusive. It gets pretty busy on the weekends.

Att the restaurang the staff wasn’t so good. We had to wait to long and I think it were to much for some of them.

We visited in winter and the pool was too cold to swim in. The room was also too cold. It was -10 degrees celsius outside but the radiator in the room was barely warm. However the staff immediately provided a portable heater when requested.
Fantastic breakfast buffet with a big selection, large and comfy bed, clean and fairly spacious room, very modern and clean bathroom, fluffy towels, quiet hotel, close to shops.

Vegetarian items at breakfast
The staff were great, the room spacious and nicely furnished with a super bathroom. Nice bar too and a great breakfast. The heated garage under the hotel was also first class. And it has a lovely pool. Finally it was great value for money.

Porridge was inedible, my 4 years old child I could only eat pancakes and fruits from the whole selection.
Breakfast was tasty with good variety for adults.

Breakfast area was a bit crowded. Would have been better if the food was set up on a larger area.

view from the room was directly into the apartment building across the narrow street. need to have some more appropriate blinds to let light in and not see through.

Bar shut at 10pm on Sunday, after a a long days work a bit disappointing.
Great staff, good breakfast and really nice rooms, central city location, so the views where obviously not scenic, parking was not cheep but again city location

It's not about the hotel, but it was confusing when I needed to find a place to park near it. Based on the sign, you need to park on either side of the sidewalk. I arrived at night so it was quite cold and inconvenient to go outside and figure it out.
Continental breakfast, the staffs are amicable. Usually has bacon and eggs. I would love to have more vegetables and fruit variety. It has a pool so you should arrive early and enjoy it. Cozy and clean room
