We didn't stay as we were unable to contact anyone at the hotel as advised on their Booking site about checking in later than 18.00. We prefered to be guaranteed a roof over our heads than take a chance with these scammers, who took our money in advance, but don't reply to messages on Booking or telephone or even have a working website or e-mail address. THIS IS A SCAM AVOID!!!

No one was at reception at all during the hours that it’s supposedly open; they hadn’t sent me the door codes for self check in so I was locked outside the property; no one answered when I repeatedly tried to contact them. The communal bathroom only has curtains for the shower cubicles instead of doors, which is strange for a hotel with families staying

I have stayed 12 nights there and only last evening they have changed towels. It was very cold in the room and no possibility to adjust the heating - had to sleep under 2 blankets and with sweat pants... :)

I stayed in two rooms and both floors were dirty, and with pieces of peelings and wrappers left by previous guests. The beds are old and in a passable condition. Topper matraces make them comfortable to sleep on though.

Great location. Make sure you book a room facing the street. There is very little traffic and you avoid noise from the water weir. Spotless clean kitchen and bathrooms- cleaned several times a day. Friendly staff. Self check in for late arrival.

Only the pillow was not to my liking and maybe an extra small towel would be nice to have.

I was stunned with the hygiene of the place. All common areas were sparkling clean all the time. The staff was lovely. I found the location of the hotel perfect. It is in the heart of the old city center and close to many bars, coffee shops and supermarkets. There are so many things to explore and the sound of water from the outside is very soothing. Breakfast was nice. The bed was very comfortable.

The first thing we saw was a guy of Muslim appearance with a broken face. Since he lived in a hotel on the fifth floor, the floor on the fifth floor was also covered in blood. Our room had a window to the courtyard. The windows didn't open. There was only a fan(((.

Had to park outside on the street paid parking. The place itself had plenty of parking space but those were reserved, yet nobody parked there for the entire time we stayed there. There was no reception when we got there, it was supposed to be open between 1500 and 1800, but they were already closed when we got there around 1630. A fellow guest had to show us the way in... Rooms were semi-clean. Not too bad, but not amazing either. Showers were shared with other people but the handle was broken so we had to hold the showerhead in our hands. Breakfast was decent, altho could've gotten better food for my money at the supermarket.

The manager displayed rather chocking behaviour. First, she did not respond to my questions regarding motorbike parking, when I contacted the hotel writing on their own homepage, writing Booking.com and calling the hotel. Second, I ended up booking a room writing a message to the hotel on Booking.com saying that the booking was conditioned on the hotel offering secure motorbike parking. When I finally got hold of the manager one hour before check in, she told me that this was not possible, and then she out of the blue got extremely angry yelling at me and refusing to let me speak, when I kindly asked for a cancellation and full refund. She said, I would need to contact Booking.com, which was ok with me, but she refused to answer my message in written on Booking.com saying that the full refund was ok with her. Instead she yelled at me that she was the manager and she decided, what the solution should be. Third, I said politely that I found her behaviour unacceptable and I would complain about this to which she replied that she had taped the whole conversation and now I would not get the refund. I travel a lot, but I have never experienced such unpredictable and unacceptable behaviour before making it very clear that this hotel is not about servicing the customers. Moreover, the parking in the area is much more expensive that what the hotel writes on Booking.com and it is not suitable for motorbikes.

I would like more wholesome bread with the breakfast. It was mostly rye or wholemeal, but Swedish supermarket sliced bread is all a bit too soft and too sweet

I love the location of Pronova. Breakfasts are good. Good range of things to choose from except see below.....

The location is good and very close to the river and visualisation center, very fun for kids. Breakfast are good and the facility is clean. Very easy check-in and check-out, it's our second time staying here.
