Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NorwayBreakfast/food was not that exciting. There is hardly anything to see in the walking distance of the hotel, especially during winter or early spring. I almost felt like I was in a cabin rather than a hotel. I feel the rooms are a bit overpriced compared to the facilities.
Calm and quiet surroundings. The hotel is easy to reach from the main highway, The staff was helpful. Clean and spacious family deluxe room.

NorwayBreakfast only until 9 o'clock, it would have been nice if it coukd have been to atleast 10. TV fasilities, but who need that on vacation.
It was free when we neede a place to stay, good price and very quite. Okay breakfast. You could see it had been a home for elderly people, but it did not bother us. Clean and simpel, but what we needed.

United StatesTHIS LOCATION IS NOT A HOTEL! There was no one at the main desk when we arrived or at any time while we were at the property. We were locked out of the hotel because we had no code. An Italian man that was staying at the location activated the code to let us in. He saw us standing outside after 6 pm.There was a paper with my name and a key on the front counter. The room was clean, however we had no towels in the room., There was no restaurant, or bicycles as stated. We stayed the night because we didn't have a car until the next day. I had to find the utility room to get towels. We requested canceling the reservation for the remaining two nights and just stay one night, but it was rejected. Yes, I should have cancelled the reservation! I would have had to pay the first night anyway! STAY IN UDDEVALLA! Carlia is an excellent hotel!

Very friendly host in this countryside hotel. Nice and quite environment close to a golf course for good relaxation. Rooms are big and with fridge.
