Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomSpa/pool access abit pricey for what you get.
Loved the cool outdoorsy decor of the hotel, with gorgeous rooftop bar! The windowless room was surprisingly comfortable too. Also loved that they had activities that you could join in. Breakfast was a feast!

LatviaThe hotel offered early check in, but for additional payment of 20 eur. There was no drinking water in the room or in the lobby area. The price you pay for your stay includes only basics.
Very central location, modern hotel with street style vibes. Umbrellas for rent 👍

United StatesThe hotel charges for early check in, even if rooms are ready.
The room was spacious and quiet. Great for sleeping or taking a break from sightseeing in the city. The courtyard facing rooms are quieter.

FranceBreakfast is not really good for money. It misses service (like omelette and eggs on the spot) that you would expect for this price in my opinion, and it's very busy. It's so busy you get your seat taken while you are away taking food (true story) because waiters don't communicate well together. The luggage room does not feel safe at all, the toilet nearby is more secured than the luggage room.
Quiet room Central in the city Ping pong tables Looks fancy

United KingdomThe property is modern, fun and well decorated. The rooms are super comfy. Rooftop pool and gym looking over Stockholm, the views were amazing. The restaurant is well laid out and the staff are so lovely and happy to help. They cater for a lot of dietary needs and everything is clearly labelled for allergens. When I couldn’t eat the gluten free bread that was on the counter (it had oats on it, unfortunately I can’t have gluten free oats either) the member of staff went out his way to source me another type. I got the impression he may of ran out to the shops to facilitate my needs. All I can say about this hotel is I was massive impressed and I am already looking to plan a return visit. Thank you!

United KingdomLights slow to respond in rooms - suspect intentional green friendly bulbs, but sometimes difficult to operate in semi-dark. Nest (spa) pricey with minimal benefit for guests.
Short stroll to main sights, nice overall vibe. check in superb, staff appeared from nowhere and when realised we had three rooms, two more magically appeared to accelerate the process. Table tennis on every floor 🙂

United StatesI didn't care for the shower. It was a very high step to get in and out as a short woman. The knobs were different and had to be standing in the shower to turn it on not knowing if it was going to be hot or cold water coming out at first. The shower door was not ideal as it kept moving in on me. All of this is being very picky as I enjoyed our stay!
liked the location and room as well as the fun decor everywhere. Staff was quick to welcome and assist us.

United KingdomWe thought that having to pay extra for the use of the Spa was a little steep.
From the welcoming staff and great rooms to the sumptuous breakfast and unbeatable location, our stay at Downtown Camper was truly exceptional. Every detail, from the comfy bed to the breakfast waffles, contributed to a memorable experience. Whether exploring nearby attractions or simply relaxing in our tranquil room, we felt pampered and cared for throughout our stay. Downtown Camper offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and great service.

United KingdomThe only thing we were slightly disappointed in was that guests had to pay to access the rooftop pool and sauna. When we booked, the pool was one of the attractions to the hotel but we did not realise this would be an additional cost and would expect that the cost of the hotel stay would include access to the hotel pool.
Really cool hotel with lots of features and things to do in an excellent location in Stockholm. Rooms were comfortable and clean with everything you need. Breakfast was amazing!! So much choices and healthy options :)

United KingdomNothing, it was all amazing!
This hotel has a great vibe and offers daily activities - some free, others you have to pay for. My favourite was the free aqualaxing session in the rooftop pool. A guided meditation to start your day! Wow, every day should start like that! The sauna was great too, well worth the extra money. The rooms were a bit small but still super comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing but we had to pay additional for it, it wasn’t included in the price.

United StatesThe pool should be open to kids. May be 10 years and above, not just 16 and over.
My daughter loved the ping pong table except that the paddles kept missing. We also loved the heated floor in bathroom. Location is just a 5 minutes walk to the old town.
