The room was comfortable and had a lovely window reading nook. Breakfast was excellent with a huge choice. The top floor bar was a lovely place for a drink. All staff were very welcoming and friendly.

When arriving at the hotel and trying to check in and pay one of your staff had a very stand offish manner. She didn't seem to fit the friendly welcoming and helpful staff I would have expected (and encountered elsewhere in the hotel). It was a strange start to our trip.

Loved the location and the concept of the hotel with all of the activities on offer. We weren't able to join in with the activities as we had small children. Another child's seat and a longer rental time for the bicycles would have been great. The room was perfect and fit four of us comfortably. The bunk beds were great and we all loved the large window seat. The breakfast was lovely with lots to choose from. I also enjoyed the spa and gym.

There was not enough light in the room.

Hotel is located centrally, just above the main pedestrian street in Stockholm, 10 min walk from the Centralstation. The room was great, spacious and clean. The staff is wonderful and friendly. There is a nice spa area on the rooftop, so don't miss it, and a special recommendation to take the breakfast, the food was amazing.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Program of activities is very engaging and adds to a fun atmosphere. Breakfast buffet is amazing. The location is well situated, within walking distance to airport train and Stockholm’s sights.

The air conditioning was basically none existent. You can not control it in your room. It’s controlled for the whole hotel and our room was very hot the whole time. The fan they provided did not address the issue suitably.

Lighting in the room was quite dim.

Our room was comfortable and the amenities at the hotel far exceeded our expectations. The pool/spa on the top floor was a delight. We enjoyed a free bike tour and rented bikes at a reasonable rate.

Bath door wasn’t very effective. That’s it. Everything else was great!

Room was pretty comfy and spacious. Breakfast had great variety and fruit was very fresh. Staff was great, super friendly and helpful. Close to the city and old town.

The room was gorgeous, with a nice bathroom and an optimal use of space. The breakfast is a bit expencive but it is a good idea that you can book it seperately(we do not have breakfast so ist was a perfect solution for us). Also the bar is a realy nice place. The staff was friendly and helpful at any time. Especially when you do a sightseeing tour, we always enjoyed comming back

Would have liked the ability to enhance the lighting in the room to be a little brighter when required.

Loved the activities on offer. Availed of the Cycling tour, 'Aqualaxing' & Kayaking - It felt like a bonus to have these provided by the hotel. The Buffet breakfast was amazing.

The room was a bit dark and the sauna / spa was nice but pricey.

Breakfast was excellent - best buffet I have experienced. Location was fantastic - very central and easy to get everywhere via walking or electric scooter. Room was cozy, a bit dark (as all hotel rooms seem to be these days) but was still great for our needs. Hotel offers lots of activities and has a nice (but pricey) sauna/spa on the roof. Hotel staff were all very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Location very central, staff helpful and room comfortable as was bed. Didn’t use the bar or restaurant so cannot comment. Ten minute walk if you arrive by train.

The mattress was kind of thin but I slept ok.

The breakfast was amazing. The staff were wonderful. The location was perfect. The hotel also offered lots of activities including hiking, biking, kayaking, yoga, and meditation. When I asked for a fan in my room that had 4 people they gave us one to use. It was right across from a mall and one block from the main strip of vendors and close to the palace, which was in another island about a ten minute walk. It was also close to trolleys and subway stations.

- some of the staff are not trained to the standard of the service they should give (they were not able to provide information or they didn’t answer in a kind manner) - although there is a good choice of bikes to rent at a very good rate (only 100sek for a few hours) there is nothing available for kids that are too old to go on a bike seat but too young to cycle safely on their own. I wish they had one cargo bike available or maybe some back seat for bigger kids

- central location very close to all the things to see and very well connected - cool vibes for young people (ie. surfers/skaters mindset) - lots of activity organised by the hotel - we loved the downtown camper magazine with lots of useful info and all the nice activities organised by the hotel - good breakfast with a buffer with a very varied choice of quality food - one of the best views of stockholm from the roof top bar - nice roof top swimming pool (tiny and only for 16+)
