They charge ~$13 to access your room before check-in time, which isn't the nicest. If it's cleaned and unoccupied, just let people stay in it. Also they ask if you want your room cleaned, because if you don't ask for it, then won't.

My stay at the Downtown Camper was really good. It was an easy 10 minute walk from the station. The room was nice and had all the necessary basics. The breakfast selection was really amazing. So many options of every kind of food you can think of, really exceptional breakfast. Everyone I spoke to was nice. They had some facilities I didn't use like the gym or the pool, but overall the hotel was clean and nice.

Breakfast was crowded with Swifties! and finding the hotel and later parking for our rental car was confusing and stressful—it is not on-site, but nearby underneath the mall across the square. We used easypark app to pay for the parking ~$50 for 24 hours.

The hidden extra costs. When booking the hotel, most people don’t seem to realize (see other comments), that pool & sauna aren’t included. So, there’s definitely room for improvement to make this more clear. We ended up paying the 40€ (!!) for 2 hours by the pool & it was beautiful. However, the price is quite high & leaves a bittersweet aftertaste. Early check in is also offered, in case there’s a free room. However, again, only with an extra fee. The rooms are indeed very dark!

The hotel is super beautiful and has a cool vibe! The bar is amazing, the beds comfortable & the location is great - you’re right in the center. I loved the many different activities that they offered, e.g. yoga or campfire nights with Taylor swift songs

The room was a good size and very nicely decorated. Hotel location was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. The hotel offers a lot of activities but we did not have time to participate in them unfortunately. The restaurant was great and the Nest spa on the roof was a very nice experience. We enjoyed everything about this hotel and cannot wait to come stay here again!

It was clean, and the interior was excellent. Staying to the cozy camper vibe, making it a little chic and comfortable without completely overdoing it. Everything was easy to find, from the campfire restaurant to the nest wellness centre. The room was spacious and gorgeous, with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Staff was the friendliest, most accommodating people with big smiles. I’m a very anxious person, and I didn’t ever feel uncomfortable contacting the staff. It was a cozy vibe throughout the hotel, with very nice lighting and temperatures. Big bonus for private bathtub, dimmable lights, empty minibar, safe, daybed in the window and all over a very clean hotel.

Great location right in the heart of the city. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was great having the pool tables and other activities. It feels like a nice hotel with hostel type options which is fun.

perfect location for exploring and shopping! the NEST is perfect for evening drinks..only thing I would fault is to have a time at the pool specially for kids as they have fantastic rooms for familys;) even though it was fully booked it did not feel crowded!

Everything was excellent! If we could have had a room closer to the elevator that would have been great, but it really did not diminish our stay. It would be nice if access to the spa for hotel guests was free!

We did not try the breakfast so can't comment on that. Excellent location of hotel, lots of choices for restaurants or coffee shops around the venue. Room was a very decent size, the only downside was that it was the room at the end of the hall... a very long hall... so it was a bit of a walk to get there. Staff were friendly. The roof top bar was great, though drinks were quite pricey.

The bedrooms were very dark; even with all the lights in the room on, which wasn't ideal. We would have liked to have visited the spa facilities, however found that they were very expensive for what it includes.

Extremely good location. Beautifully welcoming reception area with quirky decor & communal areas. Bedroom & bathroom were a good size, very clean, with sophisticated decor.
