We found the rooms very dark.

We loved the decor/vibe of the hotel and it had a really friendly atmosphere. The hotel had lots to do and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The room was rather small and a bit dark. It didn't matter for us as we were only staying 2 nights, but I think for a longer stay it could be a bit claustrophobic.

The breakfast is excellent. All fresh and so much choice. All tastes and dietary requirements are catered for. Staff were really efficient, and even at busy times everything was hot and fresh.

Our room has a very strong smell from the refrigerator. We reported to the staff at night when we checked in. However, he did nothing to figure out the problem. He said "I am not there, so I don't know" and not even trying to help us. Maybe is just this staff, but it did give us a bad impression of the place.

It is a beautiful design hotel.

We almost weren't able to do the sauna because we didn't realize we should have booked a time slot beforehand. The sauna is open to the public so it seems to fill up on the weekends

Lots of character and offerings. We didn't originally plan on paying for the breakfast, but after not finding much nearby for breakfast we did and loved it. The sauna view was great.

Plogging was a good activity but our kids didn’t get the tote bag as a thanks (even though that’s what was promised in your newspaper for the hotel) for filling the bag with litter from streets.

Room light was too dim, the winter Stockholm needs more brighter light to cheer up. Sound proof for joint room is not that good, we can hear the next door chat very well.

fantastic breakfast, lots of healthy choices for whole family. Central location, walking distance to major tourist attractions and right above the central station for underground. Very friendly stuffs and comfort rooms.

Actually is good enough for us. But we feel the room is dark in the night even though there are so many lights.

All of that. Even you can feel the concept of urban, go green and utopia community everywhere. Also the various activities is really nice to have.

Rooms were pretty tight on space, but that’s not surprising considering the downtown location.

Location was terrific, very close to transportation, shopping, restaurants, museums. Love the vibe throughout, very relaxing and family-friendly. A lot of things to do at the hotel. The food was delicious, cocktails top-notch, and the people were delightful and very helpful.

AC/Heating controls are... confusing. No matter what I set it would do its own thing and change temperature of the room throughout the night. The cleaning of the room only on demand was also kinda preposterous: I get being environmentally friendly but it's not like a broom in a room is gonna use water...

First of all, breakfast was GREAT. Too good perhaps, you have all the options available like fruits and yogurts, but when you also have pancakes and waffles with homemade whipped cream it's hard to resist. Obviously they also had classical salty options too, like scrambled eggs etc. Rooms were big and had almost everything you may need. There's no safe or closet, but the bed is very big and comfortable and the room also had a desk to work on a laptop. Location-wise the hotel is easily reachable since it's literally next to a subway station. There are also a lot of shops nearby with everything you may need.
