We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Good location (just over 20 minutes walk down one road to the Visby - Fårö ferry) and the rooms themselves were in a great location. Very comfy beds. A lovely place to be.

SwedenIt needs mosquito nets in the windows. It was extremely hot inside in the evening and we didn’t dare to open windows to ventilate due to big clouds of mosquitoes. Therefore it was really hard to sleep in the heat. It feels outdated. A little bit more of care would be nice. One of the products they had for cleaning the bathroom had chlorine, which is really bad for the environment. Would be better to transition to greener options.
Very good location to explore the north of Gotland. The cabin was spacious and we liked we had two bedrooms. It has everything you need, we made breakfast every morning. Good to have a fridge with a freezer. Very easy to check in, we arrived late and everything was in place for us to get the keys and access the cabin.

Nice - but rather small hotel room. Good facilities. Possibility to use kitchen and rooms in the nearby youth hostel.

SwedenAs we the guest not good at cleaning like the staff can do, maybe guest can get consideration on this aspect. Also install some more lights on the house and area of property. Its an opinion but I do like the property, area and everything.
