Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Netherlandsthe bed was a bit too soft for my taste. There's no elevators, so in my case 4 floors up the stairs. Fried eggs cannot be freshly prepared whereas this would be common in 4stars.
lovely stylish hotel, you can feel the history. Staff very kind and attentive. Room relatively small but complete. Breakfast, apart from the eggs, very complete.

Lovely hotel in the new side of Stockholm, with vintage rooms. The staff were highly welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was super nice The family room although small in size, was cute and accomodating

GermanyOnly one little recommendation for the hotel would be to add coffee/tea ~machine and a bottle of water in your beautiful rooms.
I stayed there for 2 nights and was very satisfied & positively surprised about this nice hotel! The Frantz Hotel is very centrally located (metro station / Slussen = right away, and just 2 stops to main station „T-Centralen“). The hotel staff is very friendly (from lobby, to waitress, bar keeper, chef cook, etc.); all of them tried to make your stay as best as possible. :) Thanks again! And the foooood, was lovely! I had breakfast included (great choice, very good quality, delicious, fresh, creative). And I enjoyed also 1 dinner at the Frantz Restaurant (recommended to reserve a table!): all of it was lovely / super delicious and worth every €/Swedish Krone. ;)

FinlandAs said, our room was very small that made it suitable only for a short stay. The bathroom was stylish but didn’t have proper walls separating it from the sleeping area, therefore the room lacked a bit of privacy.
This is a great hotel for a short city break in Stockholm. The location was perfect for us; it’s relatively close to most tourist attractions, it has a metro station nearby and lots of great cafes, restaurants and shops around. It’s also a good value for money during the winter months. Our room was cozy, well equipped and stylish though very small (it’s common in Europe but we still wished it would have been more spacious). The breakfast buffet at the hotel was really good with a great variety of wholesome food and drinks. The staff were helpful and friendly.

United KingdomThe room we had was a little compact and while perfect for two days not having much space for suitcases would have been a little bit of an issue had we stayed for longer.
We came for a 2 day visit to get a taste of Stockholm and the hotel was the perfect base to do this. The hotel is lovely and exactly what we were looking for. Breakfast was amazing only wish we had not had such an early checkout so as not to miss the second day. We also ate dinner in the hotel on our finally night and it did not disapoint. The Small plates on offer were very tasty and I would 100% recommend eating in the hotel on one night of your stay to experience them.

Everything about this hotel was great. I was staying in a very small bunkbed room, however - the room was super comfortable despite the size. Also really clean. The staff was really nice, felt so welcomed when entering the hotel.

SpainThe room was ok, but it was a little bit small, even making it difficult to go to the bathroom without waking up your partner if you sleep on the window side. The sink and mirror outside of the bathroom was odd and not to useful, making the space even more sparse.
The location is perfect, just a minute from the station and one stop from the center. The personal was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, with some local dishes. Overall I would recommend it for a short stay.

United StatesRoom size. I wasn't in my room very much except to sleep but my stay was in November and I needed to bring a large suitcase to carry my gear. There was very little room for it and it made the room cramped.
For me the location was ideal because I could get anywhere in Stockholm quickly using mass transit. The staff were very helpful, friendly and appeared genuinely concerned with the wellbeing of their guests. The included breakfast was very good each day of my stay. Room cleanliness and housekeeping was very good.
